They delivered my brand new car (after getting serviced) to a random person on my road without even calling me. I wanted to try this business because of it's locality. I dropped it off at 7:50 am and gave directions to the lady there on where my house was so I could be picked . She was not paying attention as I had to tell her 3 times and reminded her the physical address will be on my mailbox. I gave her descriptions of my house and drive. She did not write anything down. 2 hours went by and I called to find out that they dropped off my brand new car to someone else's house down the road. I panicked in fear my car was stolen. I had to walk in the rain down the road and seen a sheriff leave the house that my car was at. To add insult to injury, the Stratton employee with white hair screamed at me in the middle of the road that he did noting wrong and refused to apologize, He expected me to thank him for dropping it off . What??? To thank him while a Sheriff pulled out of the drive because they just left a brand new car with the keys in it to someone else's house. ? He was arrogant, rude unapologetic for this wrong doing. I will not be doing any further business with this company because of the carelessness and arrogance.

WE LOVE TO EARN NEW CUSTOMERS AND WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR QUALITY IN OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE CONFUSION AND INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS SITUATION HAS CAUSED. WE ARE A SMALL STAFF, ALL OF US WEARING MANY HATS IN THE BUSINESS BUT WE ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO DO THE *** RIGHT. WE DO TRY TO OFFER THE COURTESY OF DELIVERING A FINISHED CUSTOMER VEHICLE WHEN WE CAN FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS. UNFORTUNATELY THIS TIME WE HAD A MISCOMMUNICATION TO THE LOCATION OF YOUR HOUSE AND WE MADE AN HONEST MISTAKE. AGAIN, WE GREATLY APOLOGIZE AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE. WE SHOULD HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED THE ADDRESS OR CALLED. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1928 AND WE ALWAYS HAVE TREATED PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND HONESTY AND PLAN TO CONTINUE DOING SO FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.THANK YOU,DIRK STRATTON
