    Julie from corporate was very rude when it was time to move out. On my date of move out I was on site so they could do my walkthrough. She told me I had absolutely no right to be there for my walk through inspection. I tried talking with her and she just got hateful and irate with me telling no, I cannot be there and I don’t know what I am talking about. I have never been treated like this anywhere I have lived. Julie talks to people like they are beneath her and they are stupid. This type of behavior is uncalled for, with tenants. Then I’m a form of retaliation, they sent the deposit check to me alone in both my roommates and my name using the word “and”, knowing we would not be able to cash it, as we are not a couple. I emailed her associate asking if either my ex-roommate and I could be either sent spectate checks or the check resent in the and/or phrase included so the check could be cashed by one of us, with my former roommate include in the email. Her associate then sent me a message telling me it’s not her problem, and she can’t do anything about it. That we would have to figure it out. Maybe we just should just cash it at ******t and lay the additional fee. This people are hateful, selfish and uncaring. This experience has been the worst experience of my life renting a place. I would not recommend my worst enemy to deal with these hateful spiteful people.

    I think if you want to move into a place that you can afford but after your 1st year when your lease is due you get a notice that they will be raising your rent over $200 then this is the place for you. In some cases after the 2nd lease the rent increase is over $500 more that when you 1st move in. This should be a crime to do this to people. These apartments aren't even that nice. Nothing special about them. Don't waste your time or money.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Specifically the **** Apartments in ***************** **. When I first moved in, they set up my payment account incorrectly which would not allow me to pay rent multiple months in a row. Instead of fixing my account, I was told I would need to take care of this myself. Mind you, THEY SET MY ACCOUNT UP. Forward going, they have raised everyone's rent almost $300 without saying anything until the resigning of your lease. If you have kids, you will need to get rid of them as the Farm apartments doesn't allow children to play outside, swim, or anything. The property manager does nothing to help the residents and just make their life a living h*** Multiple residents have not had air conditioning due to the property saving money and not wanting to fix anything. I have been called and told my one guest I had over car will be towed if not moved. Mind you, there is no guest parking. The staff will have their entire families swimming and get made if you bring more than 2 guest. I can continue with more and more but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for apartments. These people don't give a ****

    DO NOT Rent a space from this company!! I was on a month to month lease, I put my 30 days in paid my monthly rent on time for 6 months never had an issue until I was suppose to receive my full deposit back and didnt!!! they took more than half of it, for painting, turn around fee and carpet cleaning. Mind you I was a lash tech never got the carpet dirty. And was told I could paint the suite whatever color I would like without being told Id have to pay for that out of my deposit nor does it say that on my lease!! When I first moved in me and my husband bought the paint and my husband painted my suite (a light lavender color), No one at there company painted my suite when I first moved in!!!! There for I shouldnt be charged. When requesting corporates number, I was told Id receive a letter with it and upon receiving the letter was given the same person who informed me I would receive corporates number so never received it. I will be taking this to the next level. Its not just about the money but how poorly this was handled. DONT RENT HERE!!!

    Hello ********* we are sincerely sorry that you feel this way. Per the lease that you signed you agreed to return the suite in its original condition upon move out. Altering the suite by painting it a custom color to which it takes more than one coat of paint to cover will result in a charge for that 2nd coat of paint. You also agreed to pay a turn-over fee for leasing the space less than 12 months. Our rents are set low to help small businesses grow and at a rate where don't expect to have to turn the suite over in less than 12 months, and no issue if you do leave before that, there is just a small fee to help cover the cost of turning the suite over. You also agreed to the carpet cleaning charge, all suites are shampooed for sanitation for the next tenant and to be in compliance of returning the suite to original condition. There was a lot of debris on the carpet, and you also left furniture behind in your space that we did not charge you for the removal of. We have great relations with contractors for paint and carpet cleaning setting low prices for these to our tenants. If you were to have tried to hire yourself for these services to return the suite in original condition it would have been much higher. The move out letter you received did not have our corporate number on it since you were still getting a refund of your deposit. The corporate number is only listed when there is still money owed, which you did not. I apologize for the confusion there, the number is ************ and you can call and speak to the Regional Manager if you would like to discuss this further.     I was never informed if I painted the suite a different color that I would be charged out of my deposit, I was miss informed or else I would have had one of your contractors paint my suite to begin with instead of my husband doing it!!! I signed a month to month lease because I knew I wasnt set on this space being somewhere I wanted to be in 12 months because my business was growing! And had I had my husband re paint the suite, it actually wouldnt have cost me more considering he would have done it for free just like he did when I moved in there. I was charged 200 plus in cleaning and painting fee on probably one of your smallest suites. Ridiculous!! If anyone is considering renting from this space be aware of the extra fees they will charge you upon moving out!!!! They will not refund you, your full deposit.
