This place is a joke. Not a fault of the employees that i interacted with, they were all great. The problem was that i payed over 1600 dollars to get my teeth removed and to get dentures. After i already took out the loan they provided i get told i owe another 500 dollars on top of that. Now that I am trying to get my permanent denture, I told them I don't have the money to pay it(currently on SSDI) . They told me if i make a "good faith payment" then we can continue with my appointment. I went in to get my impression, they took my dentures and told me to come back to get my permanents. then they call to reschedule, i go back and now they tell me i need to pay the remaining balance before I can get my teeth. I suppose maybe i took "good faith payment" the wrong way but i would have waited till i got the money before going in to let them hold my teeth hostage, ...I guess i can understand not wanting to work with insurance companies that much since i was back and forth with insurance and aspen dental trying to find the problem. from what i gather i was charged 500 dollars for stitches(surgical extraction instead of simple. something that should have 100% been included in the main loan). so even though they messed up i now dont have teeth

On 100423, I paid Aspen dental 4869.00 for services that they recommended. It included Root planing, an extraction of 1 tooth, and a bridge and bridge prep. I had the planing and the extraction done. I changed my mind on the other 2 services. I stopped in the office around 12/19/23 and told them I was opting out of those services. They said no problem and would issue a refund back to my card in the amount of around 3000. Said it may take 30 days to receive. Well, I called in January and went back to office. They resubmitted refund. Around the middle of February, I still have not rec'd it. Again, went back to office and the girl resubmitted it again. Well its now 3/20/24 and I am still waiting on a refund. I feel like I am getting the run around and just want my refund thats owed to me. They were quick to take the money but sure do not want to give it back.
