Andy and his team did a great job installing heated tile flooring in our master bathroom. The bathroom is over the garage, so it gets very cold in the winter. We had previously hired another contractor to install heated floors and we had problems with the grout cracking, the heating element shorting out, and the thermostat failing. We explained all of this to Andy and he made every effort to prevent those issues from happening again, including blowing additional insulation under the subfloor and reinforcing the subfloor with plywood to prevent the floor from flexing and causing cracks in the grout. He also used a high quality floor heating system that has very specific electrical testing procedures during and after the installation to make sure the system is operating correctly. He was able to begin working on our project within about a week of our initial meeting. He said it would take about two weeks and he completed it in less than that, which was great because it was completed before our kids came home from college for Thanksgiving. He was easy to work with and kept us informed on progress throughout the project. He was very communicative and let us know every day when he was on his way to our house. His crew was great - they were kind and considerate and hard working. They put down drop cloth on the carpeted stairs and hallway each day to protect the carpet and picked it up each day when they were done. They also did a great job cleaning up after completing the installation. Overall, we are very satisfied! The floor looks great and is so warm! We highly recommended AM Construction!

Dependable and great work! Needed a new concrete porch and walkway, they were right on it and entire job finished within a couple weeks while working around some rough weather. Great attention to detail.

AM Contruction, Andy, did some master craftsman woodwork retrofitting a built in cabinet for a modern look suitable for big screen TVs. He also laid all new vinyl flooring, a shower door and a 67 inch fan (not a wobble!). He and his able team did first rate work and we'd hire them again in a minute. Ask him for the photos!!!

Andy and his crew did a great job. We had to replace our front steps and widen the sidewalk plus add a sidewalk around our house and rebuild the entrance to our back sunroom with a ramp for wheelchair access. We are so pleased with the outcome. The ramp and landing were redone with better quality wood and stronger construction then what Champion originally built a few years ago. It was so well done and looks great, I'm sure it will outlast our remaining years in the house. The sidewalks also look great and have added appeal to our house. The new steps have made access to the front door so much easier. Andy was very easy to work with and he kept us apprised of and cost overruns (we added a few things). We always knew when he would be on site. The work was done in a timely fashion even though the rain wasn't very cooperative.
