I took my vehicle to Waylon‘s auto about a year ago to have the computer reprogrammed to the engine after doing timing chains replacement, and in the process, I’m complaining that Waylon auto ran my car in neutral until the engine blue then I replaced the engine and took it back to them to reprogram again the computer to a new engine that cost me $4000 And I’m assuming they ran this one and couldn’t blow the engine up the transmission coolant lines clips in it so when I drove the vehicle away, it burned up the transmission contact the attorney general in this matter of Ohio, but what this company did to my car is deplorable also, I gave a photo where they took the power steering clip and pulled it down off of the line assuming to hopefully burn up the power steering pump or at the worst lose my steering, this would appear to be criminal

After reviewing Mr. *****'s complaint and allegations against Wieland's Auto Repair, I spoke to the technician that worked on the vehicle as well as the manager that communicated with Mr. *****. They both confirmed that his allegations against Wieland's are completely false and have documents with photos (file attached) that verify what they found wrong with his vehicle and that they only replaced the leaking fuel injector o-ring and repaired the faulty connections at the EBCM that caused no communication errors with the PCM that Mr. ***** thought needed reprogrammed.
I contacted ***** ***** and informed him that Wieland's has been in business for over 15 years and that we would never intentionally damage anyone's vehicle or property.
After ***** made more allegations that we sabotaged his vehicle, I informed him to cease contact with me, my employees, and my business and to contact my attorney if he would like to discuss anything further.

I am rejecting this response because: The photographs that I have are all time stamped and this is all the evidence I need that they burn neutral up and the car wouldn’t go in reverse. Because they flattened the reverse wave plate in the transmission. I was contacted by Mr. Weiland basically he told me that I was a liar and he’s so used to this activity, that he’ll wait for the letters to come through the mail, so clearly to me this individual goes through this regularly. Thank you for trying to resolve this matter, but I would appreciate if you would push all this information on to The Attorney General of Ohio ***** **** Because even Mr. Weiland agreed these actions were criminal.
