Belmont Property manages ******** ******* in Lisbon, OH. It can be a quiet complex at times, however, here are a lot of drug deals going on there and the managers know it. I have seen quite a bit of police and sheriff presence in the 5 years I lived there. This complex has gone way down hill fast! The managers are old and can't do their job. Even people who aren't tenants have heard and have bad things to say about them. The tenants complain of non/half working appliances but they don't get replaced. The Manger told me that he would be replacing my stove but in the two years before I left he did not bother to do so and I have two young children. I should've filed a complaint awhile ago. There was also a pipe burst in a vacant apartment behind me, which there were quite a few vacant at the time of this writing. Mine and my neighbors apartment horribly flooded. The manager did not bother an explanation nor help clean up the mess. Plus, before I moved I gave ample enough notice IN WRITING but are lying and saying I didn't. The manager at Belmont Prop is grasping at straws and taking their side also lying about the situation in a phone call I made to her. I very much hope that something is done about these properties. We pay the rent for God sake why shouldn't we have a decent and safe place to live!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!

They repeatedly threaten to evict me at **** **** ****** ****** ****. They denied me access to my file, altered documents, forged my signature (badly), and so much more. I have documented proof in a civil rights of Ohio suit of many things (including sexual harassment), and on and on. Over this time I have accumulated nearly 300 pages of scanned papers, government links, copies of their own lease violations, recordings, videos, etc. Yet, they have 0 evidence of anything, and are caught in about 40 blatant lies, and have posted 24/7 security footage signs, but the footage mysteriously disappeared on EVERY SINGLE accusation. A few people with the company can manufacture tears at the drop of a hat (it has happened right in front of me and 3 other witnesses), and their lies were eventually believed based on that one sole thing. In no way am I able to go into detail with less than 2000 characters. However, I can say that they at first made a lie, saw my papers, somehow convinced my lawyer (at the time), to drop the case. Made about 30 more written lies (including me having a gun), saw none would ever work, and with no access to my file, made up all new lies at a new court hearing, and finally evicted me on something (still not sure why I was evicted) on 10-4-2023. Did I mention all this behavior was committed by employees of the federal government (section 8 housing) with a vast majority (including me), that are disabled? Did I also mention the property manager colors her job there with her public office? Lastly, did I talk about other tenants who had to put service animals to sleep? How they were found guilty in court of evicting other tenants of having guns, and a gazillion others things I have not mentioned? I sooo wish I had the money for a good law firm before the statute of limitations runs out. Isn't the president trying to focus on affordable housing right now, by opening up new locations? He needs to work on the ones he already has.

Breezy Hills Apartments-St.C has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. The property manager is very rude and makes up her own rules- and does not follow protocol. There has been a few complaints over her. 1.) there’s tree branches (after a storm came through knocked down a tree and they cut the branches up leaving them in the dumpster and along with a very large amount of trash over topped in dumpster for TWO WEEKS straight! 2.) property manager makes her own rules on where there is designated areas to park. She tries to override the lease policy……She breaks every tenant/landlord law, violates rights. This woman does not need to be a property manager. She has no respectful demeanor towards her tenants whatsoever. Belmont Properties has been reported numerous times, and nothing has been done with this company. I am hoping FINALLY something is done by this complaint. This isn’t far to the tenants who “PAY” their rent, and do not deserve such horrible treatment coming from this company/management. And feeling unsafe in their homes and worrying about constantly dealing with a property manager that does not seem to care at all. I am reaching out to the Bureau to see if anything at all can be done. And that the person in charge of this management company does something about it. Belmont Properties has lost few tenants in the last few months due to property manager!! But it seems like this company does not care about their tenants just the money coming in. Such a shame. And it really could be a great place to live. Once Belmont Properties straighten themselves out and fire the Property Manager in charge and get someone who understands the Tenant/Landlord Laws and Rights.
