Everyone I dealt with: ****, *****, ******, ******, ****, ***** and **** were professional, courteous, and always available to answer any questions I had along the remodeling journey. They worked long days, and never left without sweeping and cleaning up before leaving for the day. From selecting products from their showroom, providing vendor recommendations for selecting appliances, countertops, backsplashes - demo to completion they provided me with a timeline which outlined what I was responsible for doing - yup, the homeowner is very much a part of this process - along with who would be coming each day, what time they would be coming, items they would be doing each day - JSB Home Solutions staff completed their tasks and I completed mine as agreed upon. We LOVE our shower renovation!!! I would like to say that first. We are extremely particular on customer service as well as being punctual. ****, our sales advisor checked all the boxes. He was very helpful in making our choices with his presentation of products as well as overall knowledge in the total process!Install was done by **** and *****. I can not say enough about these gentlemen! They did not miss a beat. Very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and organized!!!Although the price seemed a little steep. Once all said and done, it was well worth every *****!Thanks fellas! You all were AWESOME!!!

Many thanks to JSB Home Solutions for the great installation job they did on my full bath. Peyton was the installer and completed the flooring, vanity, toilet, lighting , vent and beautiful shower walls. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and cleaned up the work site before leaving each day. I also appreciate Seth who was patient with me as I reviewed all the samples of flooring, vanity and shower choices. He even met me at the show room as I reviewed a stack of paint samples against the products that I had chosen. I highly recommend JSB for your bathroom remodel! JSB was wonderful to work with. We knew what was happening and when. We had a sun-room replaced with a 4 season room. Yvonne, Mitch, Tim, Avery and Kyle made a superior team. The weather in Ohio affected the progress, but we knew that would be the case. They left the work area broom clean every day. They were terrific at listening and answering all of our questions. We would absolutely recommend JSB for 4 season rooms!

We would highly recommend JSB for your next home renovation. They were very professional and explained every step in the process. The installers, Daniel, Robbie, Matt, Tony & Chris did a great job and cleaned up every day. Would definitely hire this company again for remodeling in home. Very professional. Had bathroom remodeled with walk in shower installed, new vanity counter, commode and flooring. Hardly no mess at all during work. Extremely good at his clean up at end of project. Stayed on the project from start to finish. I believe Tom was our remodeler. So far very satisfied, no complaints.

I would not recommend JSB FOR a bathroom remodeling. They done mine & it was not a good job.they had to replace the floor twice & I had to have it replaced again. The project manager Justin came & told me I needed another floor. That was 4 .onths ago. I called 4 times & left him a message but he never returned my call. I had to hire someone else. I paid $14,000. and it's been nothing but a headache. It's only been under 3 years since they done the job.

We have spoken to ****** ****** on several occasions regarding her flooring due to the wheelchair and weight that is being placed on it, the grout keeps cracking. We have researched and found a completely different type of flooring to replace her flooring with. At the time of meeting ****** ****** for this service call we did discuss with her that it would take some time for us to research for flooring that would be a better fit for her situation, get the floor in and get her back on our schedule to remove the existing flooring and reinstall the new flooring. We are committed to ensuring her satisfaction and have reached out to her again yesterday to discuss it. We left her a voicemail and will try to reach her again.

JSB enclosed a small area on my back patio that was under existing roof with screens and windows. I chose JSB after almost going with a company that had horrible reviews and at the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Mike and Mitch were a pleasure to work with! Garrett in the office was always so nice when he would call to give updates or schedule someone to come to my home. They were always quick to respond and were very knowledgeable. There were some challenges with having a paver patio and needing to cut thru some of them to create a level surface, which led to the area where the track sits looking quite rough and messy looking. But, they made a price adjustment that was acceptable. Also, one of the windows arrived at my house broken and I had to wait another couple of weeks to get another one, which was frustrating. There were a few issues with how the installers left the work area when they left for the day but Mitch made sure it was communicated to the team and corrected. They use a supplier that backs their products with a 50 year warranty, which was very important to me and one of the deciding factors to go with JSB! Their price was a little higher than some quotes that I received, but I was willing to pay extra for the quality and warranty from such a reputable company! I can now enjoy my new space worry-free! Overall, I am very happy with my new patio enclosure and would highly recommend JSB!
