    Took my dog in on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) . It was not an emergency, thank God . This was a problem my dog had been treated before , by our regular vet (220$) . It was 195$ just to walk in the door at MedVet Diley Hill . I understand they are about emergency care . But , I feel like they run up the bill . After being quoted 1500$, along with an excessive treatment plan, we made the decision to just wait until our vet opens, and try and get our dog in as soon as possible . I feel like it's all about running up the bill vs providing affordable animal care .

    Thanks to all of you at MedVet Diley Hill from the receptionist, to the VetTech and the Veterinarian. Today was a difficult and emotional day as we had to put our little Westminister Highland Terrier down. From beginning to end I could not have asked for more knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Thank you, ALL, again.

    Worst place ever! I wish I would have read the reviews first. I had a bad feeling when I got there because for being an emergency room no one seemed to think anything was an emergency. Every tells you something different. The worst part was the charges. Apparently we had someone that was new reviewing our invoice. She first charged us $3000 and then came in and said she made an error and it should have only been $2200. She said we would just get a credit back when we came to pick our dog up. When I came to pick her up not only did we not get a credit but they wanted more money. I talked to a manager who told me that I was given incorrect information and that she would talk to her employee but wasn't giving me any credit. When the employee gave me the invoice that said $3000 I stopped her and told her the total didn't match want I was told when she made the error and that it should be $2200, she told me she had to put $3000 on there because that's what she ran the card for and that she assured me I would be getting a credit. The manager refused to fix the situation. There was also other charges on there for things that were never communicated. They are VERY shady and I would never use them or refer them.
