Extremely difficult to get in touch with their customer service. Once I did get in touch they openly ignored me. Would not allow the return of an unopened Christmas present, even though I contacted them immediately after the holiday. (Like...the 26th.) Our Customer Service Team is fully online, and we do not operate an Inbound Customer Service Phone Line. Our customers can reach us through our customer support portal at our website ************************** at any time for assistance. Customer satisfaction is our guarantee. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, they can contact our Customer Service department at ************************* within 30 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer reached out to us for the first time on Dec 29, 2023 and requested to return the order. Thane is the worst company I have ever come across. They do not respond after contacting them and filling out a return form. When I sent a follow-up message, they tell me that the "Ticket number" has expired and ask me to go back to the form and open a new ticker. After following their instructions, the text that appears above the comment bar says that I cannot send another ticket about the same issue. I placed a new request for the refund, received an email from a representative, tried to send them a follow-up message only to discover that my message bounces back to me. Clearly, they do not allow customers to successfully receive a refund as promised. They don't even deserve one star!Thane USA, Inc Response

Our Customer Service Team is fully online, and we do not operate an Inbound Customer Service Phone Line. Our customers can reach us through our customer support portal at our website ************************** at any time for assistance. The customer has an active account on our support portal through which we can be reached at any time for assistance. The customer reached out to us through 1st helpdesk ticket ******** on Sep 20, 2024 and requested to return the order as per our 30 Day Return Policy. Our customer service provided return instructions and RMA Number to the customer accordingly on Sep 24, 2024. The refund was processed to customer's account on 10/01/24 after we received the order back at our warehouse. The same was informed to the customer through another helpdesk ticket ********. Their website to buy was quite confusing. It didn't take my discount code but put in the order for me. I have since been trying to contact them to correct the price but their website is strictly facs with no link to correct any problem. It says to go to their site & do certain things but when I do it just shoots me to the facs. I ******* them for a pH #. It gave me a # that they stated was correction this month. When I called, it said that # was no longer in service. I found an *** #. The first time they wanted to go thru a sales speil. I tried the "agent" prompt & they hung up. I bought a H20 X5 last year July 2023 I bought an extended 2 year warranty with the product.. The item no longer holds water it leaks out at a rapid speed and it never done that before I turn on the product for the steam to come out and I have to constantly keep putting water into it to keep the steam going and I file a complaint asked for a replacement the told me to describe the problem I did that and they closed the ticket. So I opened a mother ticket this time explaining in detail what was going on now they want a video.. Ive never had any problems get a replacement item when buying an extended warranty from any other realtor nor business .. They are not honoring the extended warranty.. I will never purchase anything from them again and i will tell everybody i know not to deal with them. I just want a replacement i would've even returned the old one if thats what they wanted but they didnt even offer that. And i still do it worked well when it did work and i paid it off i just don't get it.. Its terrible how they treat there customersThane USA, Inc Response

The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket ******** on Sept 8 and our customer service team requested for a video to check the issue and assist the customer with correct replacement part. The customer was informed through the same helpdesk ticket ******** that a replacement order for Main Body has been placed as per the issue described by the customer as she did not send any video for our team to check. As we did not receive any communication from the customer, the ticket automatically got closed after 14 days. They really don’t deserve this one star. Horrible company to order from. I take blame for not doing my research prior to ordering from them. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from an online company. If you want to return, you have to pay. They offered me 20% off my order of $250 order and credited my account $12. The customer placed the order on our website on 8/10/2024 for H2O Mop X5 Deluxe Elite System along with Extended Warranty & Body Buzz Muscle Massager and opted for 3-Pay Monthly Installment payment plan. The order was delivered on Friday, August 16 at 2:42 P.M. through *** Tracking ******************. The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket ******** on Aug 17, 2024 and requested to return the order. Our customer service team responded to the customer with Return Instructions along with 20% discount on purchase price of the order if she wanted to keep the order. The customer agreed to keep the order, so 20% discount was applied to the order and divided amongst 3 installments. The refund of $12 discount applied to 1st installment was initiated to customer's account on Aug 21 and $17 discount each was applied to 2nd and 3rd installment payment that are due on 09/10/2024 and 10/10/2024 respectively. The customer also informed us that the Body Buzz Massager did not work so a replacement has been processed as per Order Number ********* and the same was informed to the customer through helpdesk ticket ******** today. This company is the worst. You write a review and the respond with this generic email saying they are sorry for the bad experience, click here for a refund. I've been trying to start the process my return. You click on help and it's an endless loop. I wished I had read the reviews before buying this product from this COMPANY. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have attempted to contact them with no success. There's no phone number, I can sign on to the portal provided. I would rate them a -5.00.. You have 30 days to get a refund but they make sure you don't get your money back because there is no way to contact them. IT IS A SCAM. I have searched my emails over and over since my first request (within the 30 days) for the RA#. I did not receive the email they are referring to. It's amazing that I keep getting advertising emails from the company. But no RA#.
