My order #* * * * * * was delivered on April 4th and is too big. I have emailed on the dates below for an address and instructions to return to *************. emails sent April 6, April 9, April 10, April 12 and today April 19. I also sent them one from their website form. Their website states...If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us at ********* within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon arrival or we will process the exchange for you. Please help I just need to return this and get a refund.

Received wrong size item. Sent them 4 email messages and have never heard back. They do not have a working phone number and they do not answer their email which is the only way to contact them. I will never order from them again.

Never sent me my final item in my order. Very unhappy.

I used to love this company UNTIL they recently changed management (got new owners). Their customer service is awful. Good customer service is crucial with any business and I was absolutely shocked with how disrespectful, rude and out right disgusting these people are. They support a great cause, and I love the products BUT remember before purchasing anything your money is also going to the people behind the scenes… never will buy from them again. What a shame

I've contacted paws about their "sales" they literally don't add up. Shirts they say are $18 I did 3 ordered each one was $230. Trying get a hold of someone was nearly impossible. Then they wanted pictures and I redid the order again to prove 5 shirts @18 is not $230 with tax. This shouldn't be a text argument. They posted for 18 bit don't set the price. I wonder how many caught on? Or the 3 hoodiea for $70 is not $89. And now I can't get ahold of anyone. They may be for a good cause, but their scamming customers. I should have to argu and insist they honor the sale price. They posted it and emailed everyone about it, they should honor their sale. I might add he had "fix" my order and I doubled checked it to make sure without further word or to make my side was what it's supposed to be...he disconnected the chat. While trying to get ahold of someone again it said it would take a day to get back to in email? None of this sounds like an honorable business. I wonder how many didn't catch this and paid their price of none sale? Scamming people who want to help support dogs and do a good thing. Pawz turned I to a disappointment. It's not like I have a ton of money, I'm on disability and was trying to buy my girls a shirt and hoodie set. Backing up a bit. The guy said the $22 sale is for only 1 hoodie. That's not mentioned in the ad. So my over price was $22 SALE AND regular price Again I call b.s if that's the case why is it not on the ad? He didn't want to and "fix: another order. So for you paws and your poor communication style. I will let everyone know about your scam, what you doing is down right ***** I wish those in charge of this speedy karma

I bought one of the pretty blue zip up hoodies and I love it, can't wait for the weather to change so I can wear it. It's really warm and high quality material. My daughter is ordering one now. The price was good also and I'll be buying more for me and as gifts soon as I can. I love any company that uses part of money they make to help animals.

Greattttt quality I got the orange neon sweat skirt I'll be honest I basically got for the color and cuz some of the pocedes goes to help critters and I'm all bout that well did take a minute to get and I got it for 20$ but dang shipping is what REALLY GETS YOU IT WAS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE SWEATSHIRT BUT I FINALLY got it and I'm very impressed ?? love the color exactly what I wanted and yes ladies they do run big but I like my sweatshirts lose so it's perfect real real good material so good job pawz
