            I purchased a weight training vest and weight plates from Wolf Tactical from their website ******************* on August 9,2024 in the amount of $213.72. I tried it on once received and it did not fit due to it being to big for my short torso. I then read their Refund Policy that is listed at the bottom of the order confirmation email that I received on Aug 9,2024, it states as in the picture that I have attached to this email "To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns due to buyers remorse or purchasing the wrong size /color are subject to a $5 flat rate charge for shipping and restocking. I sent an email on Aug 22 requesting return shipping labels to be sent to me. They only sent links for ****** Returns address and not actual pre-paid labels. They then sent an email (photo copy attached to this email) stated that their Refund Policy that they have attached to their email that they sent me must be outdated and that I am responsible for the return shipping cost which UPS charge will be $110 . The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging ready to send back. I just want to them to pay for the return shipping costs and get a full refund credited back to my credit card. Their refund policy that is attached to my order confirmation is deceptive and misleading if they want the consumer to pay for return shipping. If the information is old like the email that I got stated "why is it still in their refund policy".
