    Put a down payment of 1700 down on the car after 10 pm 5-1-24 when started up around 12 am on 5-2-24 a service engine light and idle light came on turned it off went to bed went to drive it in the morning put it in park after driving 10-15 minutes started smoking under hood coming in the inside of the car took it the dealership he handed me 900 and said the rest were fees that I couldn't get my money back never signed paper work he took of my tags and took the car

    I purchased a used 2019 Kia forte from canton budget cars with a warranty the warranty was for 14 days or 1,000 miles which ever came first . I purchased this car on May 17th , 2023 returned the car the next day on May 18th , 2023 when I returned the car because the car took a crap Alex ***** the general manager at canton budget cars informed me that my name was off the loan so I trusted him . A few days later I got a letter in the mail about my payment coming due i called the bank and they informed me that my name is still on the loan and will continue being on the loan until the dealership pays back the loan. Now I tell the dealership this and the general manager Alex ***** keeps telling me the bank is lying every week he has a new story I’ve been to the business several times to talk to him and I’ve texted and called him multiple times . I’m not even sure where the Kia is he wont tell me anything . But he won’t resolve this issue either .     THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. WE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK THE DAY AFTER SIGNING AND PUT THIS CUSTOMER INTO ANOTHER CAR WITH ANOTHER BANK. OUR REP FROM ******** INFORMED US THAT THE CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE TO RESIGN ALL LOAN DOCUMENTS, THAT THIS CONTRACT WAS UN-FUNDABLE, DUE TO A GLITCH THEIR NEW SYSTEM WAS EXPERIANCING, (WE HAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER FROM PA THAT HAD TO RESIGN, FROM THE SAME DAY DUE TO THIS GLITCH). OUR REP TOLD US THIS CONTRACT NEVER FUNDED (NEVER WENT THROUGH) SO WE WENT ABOUT OUR BUSINESS, NEXT THING YOU KNOW OUR CUSTOMER SHOWS UP WITH A BILL FROM ******** SAYING YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE ON THIS DAY. WE DIDNT RECIVE ANY MONEY FROM ******** SO WE KNEW THIS CONTRACT NEVER FUNDED, HOWEVER WE USE ******** FOR SALES AND CREDIT FOR BUYING INVENTORY, SO ONCE WE SELL A CAR THATS FLOORED WITH ********, IT AUTOMATICALLY PAYS THE OTHER DEPARTMENT THAT WE USE FOR INVENTORY, WHICH WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. SO THATS THE ENTIRE GLITCH. I HOPE I'VE EXPLAINED THIS MESS! I TRIED EXPLAINING THIS TO THE CUSTOMER! TITLE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO OUR INVENTRY DEPARTMENT, WHICH PAID BACK THE SALES DEPARTMENT. THIS STUFF TAKES TIME. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.
