I am a single parent. I had a hardship in July and let them know. I got harrassed by the company. They repossessed my vehicle. She got personal with me. I called her boss and she told me that I could pay the remaining balance and I could keep my vehicle. I ended up paying more than they asked. When they repossessed my vehicle, the payment had already been made.Review from Andrea J

First Financial Bank 11:01 AM I was at the bank on Main Street in Middletown, Ohio. One of the tellers walked from behind the counter to pet a HUGE dog. She then went back to her post and proceeded to wait on me without sanitizing her hands. Disgusting! She felt the need to sanitize her hands after my transaction. Money is filthy enough. She didn't have enough respect for me to sanitize her hands before the transaction. I am outraged. Why was she allowed to leave her post to pet someone's dog? I was standing in line waiting to be helped while she was having fun petting a random dog.Review from Matthew D

This bank has left me stranded on the other side of the country while I have thousands of dollars in their bank. They have locked my card and will not unlock my card so now I am stranded homeless and almost out of gas in the state of Colorado. Mind you I’m from Cincinnati thanks a lot First Financial however I’m able to make it back because all my money is in your bank. I will never bank with them again and I encourage everybody who reads this not to bank with them this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.Review from Vickie R

Too many conflicting stories. Great to be able to get the cash you need in a hurry, but you are not always given the same instructions as far as paying back the loan. Be careful. I was told that if I had the account on auto pay, I would not be charged extra by a representative when I called. That was WRONG! You are charged 10% more. Mail a check. Do not use auto pay. Not everyone e is honest with you. Or maybe they just aren't trained? At any rate be careful because in the end you pay 200 dollars per 1000 if you aren't careful.
