            We bought our condo in August and gutted it to do a total refurb. Called Carl to do our upstairs and downstairs flooring and ceiling. We were so impressed by his crew's organization and craftsmanship that we had them do all three bathrooms, bedrooms, gym and office. Amazing work on the flooring and stunning bathrooms. We were able to move in by Thanksgiving. Highly recommend Carl

            Had someone mess up our kitchen cabinet install and refused to put in our appliances. Called up Carl and he got everything in for for us. Even mistakes that were made by the first guy were corrected by them. Very quick service and excellent quality. Highly recommend!!

            Great company to work with , a few years ago I had my bathroom remoded , tub , new tile , shower fixtures plus a window replaced . Carl and his brother did a nice job for me . This week I had an old cement washtub taken out , his brother and Carl worked on it for hours since it is an older house ! NOW new pipes , faucet , a nice gray tub which I really like instead of the white ones. They put cloths over my carpet " traffic area " when they started the job , cleaned up laundry when finished . His brother even worked on a electric outlet for me , thank you ! I had had a stressful time with rotator cuff surgury , THEN pipes leaking , needing this laundry tub / faucets fixed ... but it went very well calling Carl Hess . I will call them again !

            My wife and I decided to do some renovations to our kitchen. We looked online to find a reputable contractor and came upon Hess remodeling. Based on reviews we read online we decided to give them a try. We contacted Carl H*** who was responsive, courteous and came out to the house and gave us a very fair estimate and timeline. Carl and Chris did a fantastic job, and gave us every price break imaginable. We made a few changes to the project during construction which Hess graciously took on and completed within the originally stated time frame. I will hire Hess remodeling in the future for any projects we have and I would highly recommend you do the same if you want to work with a trustworthy and friendly contractor.

            I highly recommend this company for all home remodeling projects. They are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. They replaced a tiled shower stall in my master bathroom that had been installed incorrectly and was leaking.. They also replaced the water damaged subfloor and faulty plumbing. The tile work on the walls and floor of the new shower stall is beautiful. I will definitely hire them again for future projects. Thank you **** *** *****!
