Initially, I was understanding I could purchase a custom bicycle to my riddled body for therapeutic exercises. Unfortunately after making the initial deposit and three more payments, I underwent more surgeries, could not pay in a timely manner. The bicycle was according to Mr. Geoff T********* a forfeited amount of monies since he had purchased it outright from ***** ******, as the manufacturer. My funds were not refunded, and I am a disabled Veteran, trying to make my way in life the best I can. Please assist me. Thank you. Respectfully, *****

Hello *****,You ordered the custom made bike on 4/5/2023 with the understanding from the beginning that deposits and all payments made toward the bike were nonrefundable. The custom bike was delivered to our shop and you were notified 9/7/2023 that the bike was ready to be picked up. You were contacted multiple times in October 2023 requesting you to pick up the bike and make the final payment. We contacted you via email, text and certified mail. We gave you a deadline of 11/25/2023 to pick up the bike and make the final payment which you failed to do. You communicated with us that you received all of our notices and informed us that you did not have the funds to pay the balance of the bike. You also started to inform us that you were trying to get the **** to pay for the bike for therapeutic reasons. From the beginning you never told us that you were going to try to get the **** to pay for the bike otherwise we would have never had the bike built until we knew that you actually had the money for the bike and we would have ask for that money upfront. You had a contract with us when you ordered this bike and mislead us in bad faith. The deposits you put down on the bike did not even come close to cost of the bike and the money we had invested in it. The bike was built specifically for you. These made it extremely hard to find another buyer for it. We ending up finding another buyer but the price he was willing to pay for the bike still left my company losing money on the entire deal. We really wished you could have had your dream bike. From the time you order to the final payment due notice was almost 7 months which should have been plenty of time for you to have funds together.
