    I'd give them a 0 bait and switch they do not honor their advertising on the web site the place is filthy smells bad has unprofessional staff and the dentist is very strange almost creepy

    I went to Aspen Dental near me & made/paid for a plan to have teeth pulled & temporary dentures made. This was paid for. The second step was going to be getting dental implants done but luckily we hadn't gotten that far yet, because my dentures were horribly made & painful so I went back to have them fixed. They took them & said they fixed them but they were actually designed wrong completely. So I go back again, they said they would have my dentures ready for me. This time the dentures weren't finished & they said I had to come back. I got a call they were done & went back to find they were done incorrectly. Also at this time I find out I have two accounts in their system for some reason, they say they'll fix it. I leave & call customer service & the person says a regional manager will contact me. Nobody ever contacted me. At this point I'm assuming the problem is just this one location so I tried another one a bit further away. The new office I went to was confused to start because I have multiple accounts from the first office I dealt with. It's never been sorted out even today after talking to multiple people about it. Even worse, the original office I went to was asked by the new location to send whatever dentures they had made for me to their office so we could get it sorted out. So I had an appointment to come in a little while later once the dentures arrived and go out their to find nobody knows why I was told my dentures had arrived and they cannot find them. Also my records weren't transmitted correctly? and they have to do new scan on my mouth. So I get that done & they say I have another cavity & need a ****************** going to make sure to get my dentures by my next appointment. So I go back again, get cleaning & filling & now someone says they DID receive my dentures but NOBODY KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE. Now I call to ask about my dentures and have to leave messages and nobody ever calls me back. There's more to say but not enough space to say it here!

    I was excited to start as a new patient with this company because I was able to make an appointment pretty easily on the website. However, that should have been my first red flag when other good dentists don't. After booking my appointment online and receiving no reminder at all (thankfully I'm someone who puts their appointments on their schedule immediately when booked), I went for my first initial consultation in the beginning of the year. Only after this initial consultation would they schedule my first cleaning. I thought that was weird, but since I had no major issues with my teeth, I just shrugged it off. Once my scheduled cleaning on 11/11/24 finally arrived (and once again receiving no reminder at all), I went to the office and arrived right on time for my 4pm appointment. I checked in on the clip board on the receptionist desk and sat down in a chair right in front of her. After about 4 other people were called back who arrived after me and almost an hour of waiting, I went up to the receptionist and noticed my name wasn't crossed off the list like everyone else's. I asked the receptionist why and she looked me up in the system. Apparently, the dental hygienist was on maternity leave and my appointment was CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME to reschedule. So to recap, I had missed work and risked missing picking my kids up at daycare just to go to the dentist office to be told that my appointment was cancelled after having to ASK why I wasn't being called back.Needless to say, I will not be returning as a patient.

    I went to an appointment here for an x-ray April 22, 2024 due to an infection with my tooth, and I specifically requested that all procedures would be done that are only covered by my insurance. However, I wasn't aware that my insurance only covers an x-ray once in five years. The employees ignored my request or didn't even check in with my insurance if the x-ray is covered or not, and now I have a debt to pay off to this dental clinic. This is outrageous service, they are just trying to get your money.

    I went in for a routine cleaning and they added on charges for a deep cleaning which I did not need or want. Tired of being a homeless vet because companies keep hurting my credit score trying to charge me stuff I did not agree too.

    I received a bill for my two sons for about $700 because our insurance was not ran through. I called the billing dept and spoke to some man who told me that I could not provide my children’s insurance information because I wasn’t on their “hipaa”? I am a nurse practitioner and fully understand hipaa laws. My husband carries the dental insurance through his work, however, we are married and both of the children’s guardians. This man clearly has a misunderstanding of what hipaa is in the first place because I am trying to provide information and not get information, also, they are minor children and I am their guardian. He needs more training Aspen. I called on 12/6 at about 730pm and spoke to a male.

    Dentures that have cracked 4 times in as many years, they werent even a year old the first that the front teeth fell out. They repaired , fast forward and another tooth falls out. Then dentures crack. They repair not quickly but they do repair them and now biting into pizza which is not hard or tough they crack again, I believe they should totally replace this set as it obviously has some sort of defect
