My wife and I visited Furniture Connection in search of outdoor furniture after being disappointed by high prices at other stores. We met Jack, who helped us find outdoor furniture. Although the chairs were tan and we wanted gray, Jack assured us they could be ordered in our preferred color. We also found a sofa and glider set with a fire pit. Jill helped us finalize the paperwork. Both were courteous and even gave us a military discount, which we appreciated. Delivery was scheduled: the table and chairs in September 2024, and the sofa set in October. While the table arrived on time, the chairs were delayed, and weeks turned into months. By December, we realized the gray chairs weren’t coming. Frustrated, we considered our options and filed a chargeback through our credit card. This led to a drawn-out dispute, made worse by the lack of an itemized receipt. Jill attempted to resolve things by offering a $500 credit if we kept the tan chairs. After discussing it, we reluctantly agreed, canceled the dispute, and waited for the credit. Unfortunately, miscommunications caused delays, and things escalated when Jack sent me a threatening email accusing me of “felony theft” and claiming he had contacted authorities. As a former law enforcement officer, I knew the law well enough to recognize these threats were baseless. I provided Jack with the correct information for filing a civil complaint and even confirmed with a local officer that I was within my rights to dispute the charge. Still, Jack wasted police resources, which further reflected poorly on him as a business owner. After the issue was handled, Jack has attempted to slander and blackmail me on my reviews of the experience by printing my photo up in his store and slandering and defaming my reputation because of the experience and review. He said he'd take it down if I removed my reviews. Sadly because of his actions we've had to look into legal action as this is not acceptable behavior for a store owner.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The owner blew up on my husband and cancelled our sale because we "called 85 times." We purchased a sectional on 11/29. We were told 7-10 day delivery as they had to order 1 part. On Monday 12/2 I called to see if we had a delivery date. The owner, Jack, was a little rude but I brushed it off. He said "it's only been 4 days." I said I understood, I was just trying to organize delivery. I called back on 12/9 at 10am (THIS IS DAY 11, so technically I should have had the couch already. Being late is fine, I am reasonable, I just wanted to know when it was coming.) Jack was not at the store but said he would call me when he was. At 3pm my husband called and Jack exploded. "You and your wife have called 85 times, this is ridiculous, I am cancelling your sale. I am not doing business with people like you." I left a negative ******** review. Jack texted my husband for several hours threatening that we will not get anything cheaper or faster than his. Today 12/10 he texted me about my ******** review. He has been texting both of us! Literally harassment. According to his ******** reviews this is not an uncommon occurrence with him. Buyer beware. Would probably be worth waiting a few extra weeks than dealing with an unhinged individual.

The Cincinnati store employee was nothing but rude on two separate occasions. I regret ever going to that store let alone spending 5k on furniture from them. I highly recommend avoiding Furniture Connections. IWe will never go back!

We have shopped here numerous times over the last several years. We always have a great experience. We like getting our furniture quickly. When there is a piece that isn’t in, he has always offered to give us a loaner piece of furniture to use while we wait. We don’t ever take advantage of it- but it’s always an option. The quality of the furniture has been great! Jack is always willing to assist and help us find what we are looking for! Always look for furniture at furniture connection- when we shop around we always end up back at the furniture connection. Highly recommend

I bought a small sectional sofa from Furniture Connection and I love it. Jack was very friendly, knowledgeable on the different sofas I was looking at. Next day delivery!!! Can’t beat that. The delivery crew arrived at the time I was told and set the sofa up in a timely manner and made sure not to knick walls or doorways. They also moved an oversized chair to another room for me. Very pleased with Furniture Connection and would buy from them again. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Furniture is nice. Service after we picked the furniture up, was not so nice. Don't dare say one negative thing about the furniture or question anything. It's all your fault. HE is very defensive and quick to judge. Obviously, the customer is always wrong.

I have to say this was the best mattress shopping experience ever. Jack was wonderful. He was very informative when we needed information and left us alone to make our own decision. He worked with our needs for delivery and made it a quick checkout. Delivery was exactly the time that we agreed upon & the delivery guys were very helpful & polite.This was an all around great experience and we will definitely be Repeat customers. Looking forward to giving Jack business in the near future when were shopping for living room furniture.

Furniture Connection was my most pleasurable Furniture shopping experience ever!! Jack C*** was the most helpful, pleasant and flexible person that I've ever worked with. We have the most beautiful sectional! He kept his word and his delivery guys were very kind, courteous guys and put everything together for us. It was all around a great experience!! I will definitely be a repeat customer for life!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything was fine until the couch was delivered and the delivery men failed to properly wrap the couch in order not to damage the walls. As an apartment tenet, we are liable for wall damage. Well, they left a gouge and several black streaks on the wall from where the unprotected legs made contact. Initially they were understanding and sent someone out to get a paint sample. Now the owner is claiming that we are trying to shake him down, called my partner a ***** and a clown, and overall acted incredibly childish. I was honestly shocked as I’ve never witnessed such a level of immaturity in a business owner before. He literally told my partner to tell all his friends not to come here and that he would put up a picture as to not sell to him in the future. Maybe he was having a bad day but there is absolutely no excuse to treat anybody this way, let alone a customer. My partner is a male who presents slightly androgynous so I feel like that is what motivated that language. I guess I’ll do what he asked and tell everyone not to go there.

My wood table has cloudy stains furniture connection told me that I am cleaning it wrong. I never had a table do this before they will not replace it or fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
