Customer service does not exist! I have tried to get an issue resolved since we leased a copier on 9-14-22. I have tried to terminate the lease by paying off the lease (amount of lease financed $7697.00) after almost 3 years of payments the payoff is now $12287.00. No one from Donnellon McCarthy will return my calls or explain. If I could give them zero stars I would, I'm done with this company.Review from Scott G

If I could list no stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After 18 years of leasing copiers from them, including putting up with a total lemon for 6 years, we closed our office and asked them to pick up the copier. When we had renewed 5 years previously, the sales rep said there would be no problem in cutting off the lease early. We told them 6 months before we retired that we were closing the office. NO reponse from them. Then, we do close the office, they charge us for the last 9 months on the lease, plus want us to bear the cost of shipping the copier to Illinois. We thought we were dealing with a locally-owned Cincinnati company, Not the case. These people are cold-blooded, ruthless out-of-town sharks interested only in squeezing every dime out of you they can. I repeat: DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Loyalty means nothing to them.

I love doing business with this company! Everyone I meet is always polite, helpful and courteous! I always have prompt service and the employees bend over backwards to help me in anyway! I would recommend this group to anyone!
