            On 3/14/2022 my daughter and I went to 804 Main Street Jewelry in Cincinnati Ohio. I talked to one guy asking for a refund for 12 gold teeth or a grill they had messed up on. They said they could not issue a refund and pointed to their policy statement on the wall. So they agreed to redo my grill which I have a ticket for and the date on it. While getting a new mold for the grill it was dripping from my mouth to my shirt and on the paper towels on the counter. I told him that mold does not look right. So he took the mold and said he would call me. The short guy and the tall buff guy were extremely rude to me in front of my teenage daughter named ******* who is also my witness. While my daughter and I were in the car I get a phone call from the short guy telling me to come get my grill and they did not want to do business with me. I don't know what happened after five minutes. So I proceeded to call the police and the Sergeant told me to get in contact with the bbb. I just want my 540 dollars back because their not RIGHT and neither is business. Also how can I get a new grill if the buff guy messed up on my mold?
