Julie and Keith, from the northern Ohio SIS, OH, did a great job. Julie kept in contact with us, knew what the problem was just from out description, ordered the part, and scheduled Keith to install. He showed up on time with the part and an installation video, and took only about 15 minutes to do the job. And he was super friendly! Fridge has worked fine for a week now, so we believe the repair was correct. Not a single negative thing to say about them!Review from David S

Came to fix the dryer and when they replaced the parts the service man did not check to see if it was working. He could not get out of the house fast enough.Review from Steve B

Our refrigerator stopped working. We had extended warranty from *****. They put us in contact with SIS. ***** came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad evaporator fan. They ordered the part and installed it a few days later and it has been working great ever since. ***** was good to work with and seemed very knowledgeable and capable.Review from Shannon H

0 STARS!!!!!!! I only gave them one star because I had to! Do not use! They did not show up for our scheduled time frame (5 hours). I've been calling and e-mailing them for over a week to reschedule. Their voicemail is full and it tells you to send an e-mail. They do NOT respond to e-mails or call you back. Extremely frustrating. I'll be calling Lowes and demanding that they send someone else for their warranty repair out. Absolutely ridiculous and not professional. I gave some grace time because it was a holiday weekend but this is beyond a reasonable return call time frame. HORRIBLE COMPANY!Review from Stephen M

They are absolutely the worst repair company I've ever dealt with!!!! Ridiculous. How can a company like this keep it's doors open????? Don't return calls or emails anymore. Blame everything but themselves for their below horrible customer service and repair abilities. And Lowes uses these people to represent them in the ******** Area for their repairs. Horrible. ***** from SIs did a great job! I never thought they would be able to get the parts and fix my washer so quickly. Very efficient and did a great job. He even waited till I got home. Couldn't ask for better care and service!Review from Eric A

Bought a washer through ***** and started having problems a year later. Called ***** and was told they would send out these bums to fix it. After being given a 5 hour time frame when they would arrive I took a half day off work to make sure I would be here just for them to no show. Unbelievable how these people are even still in business given the terrible reviews they have. ***** should definitely consider using someone else for warranty work because I will no longer be buying any appliances through them over this situation.Review from Annie B

0 stars for S1S...they a don't fix things, the make you appliances even worse.They don't show up for appointment made, they want to try and charge you for things covered under warranty and make up there own warranty rules. Scum bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from ERIN M

After reading all these reviews I was very hesitant to work with this company for my washer but I remembered that not everyone writes their good reviews so I gave them a chance. I am so happy I did. SIS came out and ran a diagnostic on my ******* washer. This washer would not drain at all!!! The tech cleared out a filter that was filled with pet hair (embarrassing, I know) and he showed me how to do it myself. Ran a test cycle and worked!!! 10 loads into doing laundry again and happy as can be.
