THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! On July 31st I applied for a loan for mortgage and I was told by ******** ****** and *** ***** man that I needed to turn different paperwork in which I did to them. Few days go by and I call and she sends me to voicemail a few times. Then I emailed her the same day I called and she wrote me back very fast making up all this stuff to send in which I had already sent to her and Ians HORRIBLE no communication just leave you hanging in the wind. Still waiting on them to tell me whats the next step and nobody has answered my calls nor email since August 5th. Very bad business you tell me I am approve for the loan then turn around and tell me that I do not have enough reserves when I told them I had over 10k to put down and I am a first time home buyer what a horrible experience with them. I will never trust a company like this again..Review from Austin W

Horrible experience that resulted in us closing much later than expected!!! My wife and I recently bought a house and we were deciding between Rapid Mortgage and another lender. We had a quick turnaround to close and needed information quickly. Tiffany was great to work with but Tyler M****** was not as responsive once we were gathering numbers. The other lender was much more transparent and responsive. After repeatedly telling Tyler that we were still shopping and just needed his estimate, we finally received it close to our deadline for making a decision. Their offer was not as good as the other so we decided to proceed with Rapid. Well Tyler then called me and said he had already started the process without my consent and due to the type of loan we were applying for it delayed the process several days. Additionally, he came back that they could drop their fees drastically, which was frustrating considering I told him my timeline. His behavior was predatory, unethical, and completely unacceptable. If you are looking into Rapid, I would consider this experience and recommend that you look elsewhere.Review from John O

This was by far the easiest refi I personally have ever done. Max was in constant contact at every turn keeping me posted. Would highly recommend Rapid Mortgage as well as Max.Review from Amber Z

Would have loved to give it a ZERO. Terrible company. I was a first time home buyer and I had the worst experience with them. They are sloppy and the lenders and other offices are never on the same page. The lender I had never communicated with me the entire 3 month process and never answers her phone. The day before closing I didnt get any updates to my application. Left me wondering. They made a promise to close on time but that didnt happen because the delay is always on their end. Never takes responsibility for the promises they tell you over the phone. The lenders assistant was extremely pushy and aggressive. If you are a first time home buyer, DO NOT pick this company to represent you. You will be lost just like me.
