I will never use this company again. I was quoted 680 told to bring 680 cash with me to pay the guys for 4 men 2 trucks. When the movers got there they said it was going to be 1250 because of the stuff in the basement. When I told him all of that stuff wasn't going he said oh then it won't be that much. He told me it was going to take 3 hours to load the trucks. But they were finished in about an hour. So I had to rush to the place to let them in. I didn't get a chance to go to the atm. When they finished and told me it was 1140 I had to go get the card and go to the atm about 20 min. 10 later he called me and asked if I was in my way back. I was leaving my house called him said I was on my way back. He said he texted me the total it was 1250 so he charged me another 110 for the time to go get the card. I wish I could give them zero stars - but it doesn't matter, their F rating speaks for itself. The were scheduled to come at 11am - booked 5 weeks in advance and verified 3 times. After discussing with the office staff our 3 bedroom home with basement and no appliances to move, we were recommended 3 movers and one truck, estimated $600. They showed up 4 1/2 hours late, stated that the job was "too big to start so late in the day" and left to come back the next day with more guys at my expense. In the end, they only moved about 3/4 of our stuff with 2 trucks (They carry multiple pallets of moving supplies that take up a sizeable amount of truck space), broke several pieces of furniture, placed all of our carefully labelled boxes in the wrong rooms despite on the scene instruction, and charged us over $1000 for the privilege. This level of service is beyond what I have even heard of for a moving company.Review from Lillian W.

Beware!! Used 2 times, once in October 2021 from apartment to storage, then in December 2021, from storage to new apartment. During 2nd move, broke shelves for China cabinet and damaged new couch they picked up from store. Promised to replace/repair damaged items. They only replaced glass shelves. Received judgement in Small Claims Court for couch damages and refuse to pay.Review from Khrystian B.

My money was stolen from my KIDS piggy bank. Our fireplace was also damaged. After calling in twice the manager still has yet to call back! They only accept cash which tells me they have no insurance or intentions on being a professional business!
