  My son and I purchased a vehicle online. Was told there were no issues with the vehicle. My son had it delivered to where he lives in the **** ** *** ******. It cost him 800.00 to have it delivered. This is an **** ***** which the pictures of the vehicle that were online made it look like it was in excellent shape. When he finally got the vehicle they dropped it off with no paperwork and drove off. My son got to looking at the vehicle and it had smudge marks on it so he took it to wash it. After he done this you could see there was visibly scratch marks and damage on paint. The back of the car looked like someone used purple finger nail Polish to cover a scratch. There was a zip tie under the car holding something up. These people absolutely lied about this vehicle there are damage reports on the carfax that were purchased that was not disclosed to us. We have emailed and called the guy who sold it to us Justin !! He told us it is as is. Doesn’t even act like he done anything wrong. He sold us a car that has been damaged and still has visible body damage on it. We payed 15,900 for this vehicle and have a loan through a bank for it. The money was sent to Justin before car was delivered. I don’t know what BBB can do for us but something needs to be done with this business. I read 12 reviews and all were bad. I do feel the law really needs to get involved since the sale vehicle’s fraudulently. They should be ashamed to do this to people. Another thing this vehicle was bought at an auction of all places. I would like to see what they payed for the vehicle.
