- Additional Info:On April 18th, 2005 DSW Shoe Warehouse issued the findings of their investigation in the theft of credit card and other purchase information. Information involving 1.4 million credit cards and 96,000 checks from 108 retail locations between mid-November 2004and mid-February 2005 was obtained in the theft. Two Tri-State locations were involved in the theft. If you are a customer that suspects unauthorized use of their credit card, debit card, or checking account, please contact your credit card company or bank immediately and let them know of the possible unauthorized usage.
