On 4-17-24, I was billed a total of $674.70 for services received from Dr. Sopia M******* at Seven Hills Women's Center/**** Women's Health for account #******. I have been billed an additional $104.47 on 5-8-24 for services received from Dr. Diane R*** for account #266792. There are multiple service dates and I do NOT dispute any of the charges. I have contacted the office of **** on the following dates to set up a payment plan, 5-3-24, 5-8-24, 5-13,24, 6-13-24 and 6-25-24. I have been laid off from my employer and am currently only receiving limited unemployment benefits from the State of ****. Every time, I have contacted the office in an attempt to set up a payment arrangement, I am always told that a member of management will have to call me back to discuss. The issue is that management NEVER calls me back. **** has now sent me a "final notice" on 6-17-24 and is attempting to turn my account over to collections. On 6-27-24, when I logged into the online patient portal to make a payment, it would only allow me to pay $125.00 and nothing less. I cannot afford payments of $125.00 at this time and did not agree to this. I have attempted to multiple occasions to make a payment agree to pay my bill under terms that I can afford, since I have limited income at this time but Seven Hills/**** is not working with me to accomplish this. I do not believe that it is fair that I am being turned over to collections, when I have attempted to do the right thing and know that I am responsible for this balance. I just need some help in meeting the demands that Seven Hills/**** Women's Health is asking for.

Acct ****** Fraudulent charge. Seen 7/2022 for biopsy. I have 2 insurances, one from employer the other ******** due to total permanent disability. Bill sent 2/19/23 for $299. How with TWO insurances that I gave at EVERY VISIT should I be charged? This is in DIRECT violation of the “No surprise billing”. This complaint will be escalated to the ** and ** Attorney General’s Offices, CMS.gov complaint office, and ** SHIP. This needs to be reversed immediately.

Hello, I was billed by Dr. J $115.00 for an office visit on 1-19-2022. The charge is completely bogus and needs to be reimbursed because it is the right thing to do. This came about after going in to Dr. J for for my annual pap smear a couple weeks prior, which is covered at 100% preventative by my insurance provider Aetna. Well, anyways ***** from Dr. J office called me about a week after my annual and said the lab could not perform the smear test because Dr. J had not captured enough cells for the lab to perform their tests and that I should return. I immediately asked how the charges would be handled because I am only allowed 1 annual visit a year but this is clearly not my fault and if I was going to be charged for the visit I would not go out of principle. ***** assured me no charges would follow the return visit and told me that she saw on record that Dr J's signed off on there being no charges to return. With this information I rescheduled. About a week before my visit I received a text that I would be charged for my upcoming visit and so I called the office to confirm what ***** told me. The gal on the line told me yes I see the text narrative and that based on whay she could see there will be a charge, so I literally canceled the appointment. Again I canceled because I felt out of principal it would be wrong to charge me. No more than 5 minutes after that call I got a call back. It was *****. She apologized for the confusion and assured me the girl on the call before made a mistake in saying I would be charged and ***** had to reassure about 3 more times that no charges would apply before I accepted the return appointment. At a surprise to me I received a second text about charges that would occur for my upcoming appointment and reluctantly went to the office and ***** in person assured me the Dr. signed off for there to be no charges. This bad business and the right thing is to return my $115.
