TQL has erroneous information entered in my company profile "*** *** Trucking LLC DOT *******" when I have never conducted business with them. This is preventing my new ******** ********* from getting high quality paying freight loads. I request that this error be corrected in my company file as soon as possible. So that I can conduct business as a new trucking company.Review from Vico V

Have reported this company to the FCC multiple times. They have been told more than once that our company does not have freight needs yet proceed to harass us. We blocked their number but they're still able to leave voice messages. Considering the sheer number of similar complaints, serious action is required to take place in order to fix this ongoing issue.Review from Tanner H

As all the other reviews have stated, TQL calls our office 3/4 times a week, sometimes multiple times a day, trying to book freight. We have explained to them numerous times that we do not ship items. I was nice and asked them to remove us after the first 25 calls. Now, I explain that we are on the DNC list and they always say they’ll remove us. Yet, they never do. It is to the point now that we are going to file suit for harassment/breaking DNC.Review from Nate A

Like many others, TQL incessantly calls me, even after implicitly explaining to them I don't even have any logistic needs! I am on the National Do Not Call List, I have asked their reps repeatedly to remove me from their call list, all to no avail. I have also been laughed at by more than one rep, and one supervisor so far, when I've expressed my frustration and repeated my request to be removed from the list. I consider this an abject failure in leadership, and judging by the sheer volume of complaints and bad reviews it's not an issue management takes seriously at any level. At this point, the harassment has continued off and on for a couple of years and is clearly not going to be resolved through normal channels. I've documented all of the calls since the beginning, including a confirmation text message stating I had been removed from their list in 2022. I have lost interest in giving TQL anymore opportunities to correct their behavior. I cannot, and would never, recommend a company that conducts themselves so unprofessionally. I will speak with my attorney and pursue legal action from here.Review from Will K

TQL has been harassing us with multiple phone calls per day for years. As a small business this is taxing and frustrating. We don't schedule freight, and have been asked many times to be removed from their call list. They say okay, and continue to call more than once every business day.Review from Marci J

We also have been harassed for months from Total Quality and have asked multiple people to stop calling! They do NOT stop after being told multiple times that we won't be using them. We were told the only way they will stop calling us is if we have them quote our shipments. This is not happening! The amount of calls weekly is insane!Review from Traci B

We have been harrassed by all Total Quality Logistics, LLC locations for several years and have repeatedly told them we do not need their services. They call and call over and over again after being told no and to take our name off their call list. We have talked to managers and yet they still call. Today the gal that called beat around the **** of who she was and I finally called her out and handed the phone to my boss the owner and he had to argue with her to take us off the list. He told her there will be legal action taken if there is one more call from them. Beware, they are relentless!!!Review from John W

I would never do business with this company. They call our office 3+ times a week, every week. We have told them "NO"! We have asked them to take us off the list multiple times. We have now documented and recorded their phone calls. It will not stop. Today, 10/30/2024, I spoke to the manager and he promised we would be removed. If I continue to receive calls after this assurance, I will pursue legal action for harassment.

As everyone on this review page seems to be in agreement about, these people are vultures who will ignore your request to be put on a Do Not Contact list, which is illegal. They are highly aggressive sales people and it speaks a lot about the business that it seems like it's a PRACTICE of theirs to harass their potential clients. Absolutely do not use these people and BBB, please help fine these people for their disregard.Total Quality Logistics, LLC Response

For 5 years now, you call me even though I advise you to remove my number; that is hasn't been associated with whom you're reaching out to. But the kicker were the two back to back calls at 6:00 AM this morning. The first caller had the nerve to ask me "are you sure" you're not XYZ Company? Yep. 100%, just like every time I've been sure on.your precious calls. I throughly enjoyed the purposeful second call coming in as the first one was hanging up that had multiple boys giggling in the background.
