On May 25, 2023, Champion Window Company of Minneapolis, LLC entered a consent order with the State of Minnesota Commissioner of Labor and Industry agreeing to the following:
- Its Qualifying Builder is a chief manager or managing employee who is regularly employed by Champion Window Company of Minneapolis, LLC and is actively engaged in the business of residential contracting or residential remodeling;
- Champion Window Company of Minneapolis, LLC shall obtain all required permits prior to commencing work and shall complete all of the work for which they are contractually obligated;
- Champion Window Company of Minneapolis, LLC shall pay a monetary penalty of $5,000 to the State of Minnesota
