    Champion windows I would never recommend them to any anyone. I had a sunroom built and had all kinds of problems. My new sunroom is shorter then my old one cause they apparently don’t know how to measure. They don’t return calls when you call them. I have been having problems with my sliding glass door and have been trying to get someone out to fix it for a month now and still no one has came to fix it. They **** big time.

    Had an appointment and no one showed up or called. Unable to contact their customer service. While waiting I researched their "Buy two, get two free" promotion. Fine print says you must purchase product at time of estimate to get this offer.

    They came out and talked me into ordering three windows two months later they came out and they brought a door with three Mexicans that didn’tspeak English. I said no I didn’t order a door. They said oh no we drove three hours from Memphis fast-forward a month later, they show with three windows that do not even fit my house. I am so disappointed. I am so frustrated. I have tried to call them many many times with no answer to the phone is completely crappy business oh, and when they sent out the people with the windows, it was three Mexicans that didn’t speak English. Can’t even communicate with them

    My husband and I got a quote from this company two years ago along with two other companies.Champion Windows was the only one who showed up with two sales men. They quoted me more than double the other companies and cost for windows. Atone point, I told the men they were worse than car salesman because they were being very pushy.Since then, I have repeatedly received phone calls, text messages, mail from this company. It has been over a year. I have repeatedly asked to stop calling me and to remove me from their list. I just received another call from their salesman tonight. Im going through the process to report them. They wont stop calling me!!!Worst company ever!!!

    HORRIBLE customer service no shows no return calls. DO NOT USE! Outright lies stating they had their own installers, they contract installation out. Josh our salesperson flat out lied. Julius the scheduler refused to let us speak to higher management, voice mailbox always full and didn't return calls. Have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional company and at $18,000. for 4 exterior doors we were treated terribly. Will never recommend to family or friends.

    We bought dors and windows from Champion Windows a few years ago. We have tried for the last 4 months to get a door fixed. They kept saying they would get back to us. Here it is 4 months later and now they are saying they will not get to it until spring. They are short of repair persons.

    I really wish we had read the reviews before choosing Champion. We had the salesman come to our home and listened to his demonstration. We were impressed by the quality of the windows and the benefits they could offer us with future heating and air conditioning bills. We signed the contract that night for almost $8,000. They did have another person come out to the house for correct measurements and set an install date. Then the nightmare started. We had a total of 5 windows replaced, two of which are double windows. Our screens have never been right. They are either torn with holes, not snug fitting causing buckling in the screen material or just no the correct size of our windows with missing gaps to the frame. Our front window had a scratch and we were told that they would replace that window. We signed our contact in April of 2024 and have already paid our account in full. To day, January 2, 2025, we have not had the front window replaced or the screens fixed. I have tried to call corporate and express our concerns only to be told that there is no documentation of any of these issues, only the front window scratch. They have sent a crew out to our location at least 4 times and each time the situation gets worse. They did not even clean up after the initial install and we had to go behind them and remove handprints and dirt in the panes. We are going to contact a lawyer if this does not get resolved soon or our local news that helps with consumer issues.

    I purchased windows in January 2024. Paid in full for them by June 2024. 10 of the 16 windows I purchased were installed in May. I have been waiting since then for the remainder if the windows to be installed. They are difficult to contact and once I did reach the regional operations manager I have only gotten excuses and no results. Most recently told the windows would be installed on December 9. That did not happen.

    I would like to start off by saying that we really like the Champion windows. They are well made. We had a full home window replacement. Approx 28 windows. However, the experience we had with Champion Window was very frustrating to say the least. It took almost 14 months for them to complete our installation. The communication between us and the company was awful. They take no accountability for the mistakes they have made. We spent 14 frustrating months being tossed to multiple different representatives.So although I like the windows themselves, I would not recommend Champion Window to anyone.

    11/13. Met with salesman to discuss construction of screen porch and sliding glass door. Negotiated a price and signed contract and paid in full for the door $7800 and a deposit for the porch $6300. 11/14 a further review of the contract found an error in the color. Contacted rep who arranged to meet on 11/16. Resigned contact. I was informed a rep would be in touch to draft and confirm measurements and scope of work. 12/7 Rick arrived to conduct measurements. 12/10 Phonecon from salesman asking to meet to discuss two items. Met with him and was informed it requires three foundation holes be cut into the patio @ $1600 plus the door which was originally $7800 would be an additional $2300 should I want it in two colors. I refused to proceed and advised him to cancel the contract. 12/13 contacted by rep Doug who asked how can Champion make this right? He even offered to cancel the screen porch contract if I kept the sliding door in place. I advised one without the other doesn’t work and I want my payments back. He asked if I could wait until Monday to talk again. 12/16 Doug called I informed him that nothing has changed and I want my money back. He became combative and informed me that they were prepared to absorb the additional cost if only I would proceed. When I told him I wasn’t happy with the way they continued to make addendums and I want my $12680 back in the form of a check. He then stated I will be required to pay 30% per the contract because I waited over three days. He would notify corporate and they will be in touch! This whole process has been errors on Champions part in drafting the initial contract without divulging full details compounded by delays to ensure the three day cancellation period expires! ****** ** *******
