I’d leave a 0 if I could. Terrible, overpriced product. Flimsy, gaps around the burners which causes food to slip under the mat, and ending up with having to clean both sides of the mat AND the stovetop. Overpriced. The 7-day return policy is laughable. Hidden return policy of 14 days. 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. Product came with a large crease in it. I laid it flat for about 10 -14 days. Put it on the stove and it does not fit properly. I tried to return it and was denied because it was delivered slightly over 2 weeks ago. The holes are cut too large and it is misshapen. I paid for the upgraded one and I am out over $100 for this useless piece of trash. Do not buy.Review from Scott G

Worst kitchen product ever sold. The item I ordered did not fit the range top as described in the product description listed on line. There are gaps around the burners that basically defeat the purpose of the product. Spills go directly under the pad and bake into the stove top. Company was contacted and they refused to take return of their obsolete product. The company stated I missed the 7 day return window which was a blatant lie. Would do 0 stars if I could. All of these other reviews pretty much sum up my experience. The product does not fit my stove very well and fell apart in a few months. The customer service is pretty much "suck to be you, you got scammed, move on with your life". It's really a terrible product and a terrible company.Review from Gloria L

Terrible company who doesn't give you the full refund for the premium guard and wants nothing but pictures and when you prove the design is not for the model and they need to update their specs they said we'll they will charge the design fee. What design fee? It's not even the design of the stove. When asking for refund they want you to yet cut up item and take another Pic. This is a joke you shod get full refund and when calling it's lime calling someone at home not professional, no timelines provided. I wouldn't give them any stars.Review from Chris P

Very disappointed with my Stoveguard purchase. It has melted when no where near an open flame. I contacted them for either refund or replacement, I mean I understand sometimes these things happen in mass production. The response I received was it was 3 months old, now my first 2 requests were ignored, finally 3rd request was unsatisfactory answered. Not happy at all!!!Review from Mila W

Absolute garbage. Product doesn't even work. I ordered the exact product for my stove model number, the holes are way too big, stove top was a disaster underneath when I removed it and it's even worse Becuase the moisture gets trapped underneath and you don't even know. Contacted for a refund less than 30 days after I received it, was told you only have 14 days from purchase for a refund. It took 7 days to receive. They very clearly know their product doesn't work and they're just scamming everyone.Review from Ted T

I ordered the expensive version for my stove in April 2024. They came in 2 pieces. Within 2 weeks, both pieces are terribly warped. I emailed the company twice and called. I left a review on their Facebook page asking for help. No answer back. Terrible support and almost fraudulent, after 2 weeks I am out $110 without a word back. Like some of the other reviews, I feel ripped off. I would stay away from them.Review from Donna B

0 stars should be an option for this fake company. I have tried for weeks to get a refund for a stoveguard cover that although i entered my stove model on their webstie, and ordered the model they provided, it clearly was not a fit. After sending refund requests 3 times, I am still unable to obtain a refund for this poorly designed product. They clearly know their product does not fit all models which is why they wont answer calls or emails relating to the fit issues. They need to be shut down for fraud.
