Excellent services provided to me by silver lion!! They informed me I was eligible for loan forgiveness for the entire loan of my graduate school since I had been paying it for over 20 years!!! They submitted all the necessary paperwork in July 2023 and today I received confirmation from student gov.irg that my loans are all forgiven and my balance is ‘zero’. I am thrilled and thankful to silver lion!!!! Aaron Longino, student loan advisor was great to work with. He followed up and through every step of the way!!!

Scam! Signed up with them and paid the fee and never had an communication from them afterwards. I tried calling the number and got an offsite company answer the call that wasn't able to help me or find anyone that could. I had to cancel my credit card to have them stop charging me. I am not working directly with the company my loans are through to pay them off.

*******, Your review is not accurate. You contracted us to complete your consolidation and income-based repayment applications and submit them on your behalf. We did just that and verified that they were accepted and completed. I checked our call and email records and only received one phone message that was returned to voicemail. We also received a single email request from you to cancel your ongoing service agreement. Which we did upon receipt. I have also personally reached out to you on 2 other occasions to discuss your dissatisfaction with our organization. That have both gone to voicemail and unanswered.

Aaron was my representative. I was being charged a maintenance fee every month, but my loans never were consolidated as promised. When I called, then I was told they could not consolidate all my loans into one as I was originally told. I am still stuck with two payments. This was the only reason I agreed to the process. This company appears to be deceitful, and their only real goal is to make a monthly fee. I recently received a notice from them saying payment was returned. I don't know why, as my bank information has not changed, but they should have never received payment in the first place. I should get a refund!

I'm not sure of the nature of your dissatisfaction. We were contracted by you to complete and submit to documents to the DOE to consolidate an enroll you into an IDR repayment plan. We completed that. We also kept in contact with you reaching out a number of times to request additional information. You did not reply to our calls, voicemails or emails. We would be happy to continue working with you to ensure your student loans are in the best possible position.

Wonderful experience in having my student loans finally forgiven. It was an easy process and Aaron was so positive and walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommended Silver Lion for anyone that needs assistance with their student loans.
