Our LV flooring has only been installed 2 years and had 2 inspectors of AFS choice come out and tell us it is cupping due to our 3 bar stools (that weigh 5 lbs each) that are sitting at the kitchen island. WHY is it cupping on both sides of island, front living area and stair way??? Because they put the planks in to tightly!!! AFTER ONLY 2 YEARS. Also have a quarter size nail hole in the living area. I have spoken with Ed, C*****, Tommy, M******* and Jazmine in the past three months and still cannot get compensation for this ***** up floor they installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did offer us 500 off the labor TO COME FIX THEIR MISTAKE, but we have to pay for the materials to replace the flooring that is cupping (over 600+). OH one more thing, The flooring is discontinued because it is Junk. They did mange to get the manufacture to send them a few left over boxes they want US to pay for. What happens when the rest of the floor starts cupping? What a JOKE.. Pay for a discontinued productReview from Ryan J

Bought over 1000 sq feet of flooring from them. Probably 200 sq feet was clearly defective and delaminated around the edges. Their response after sending pictures was that it was due to the use of chairs with casters. We have no such chairs in our house and they made this assumption without any type of evidence. It was a complete lie and there attempt at honoring their warranty.Review from Ronald C

My results with America's Floor Source was great. We had a difficult install and all did not go as planned at first. They unilaterally decided to go out of town to find an installer who could give us the results we expected. The cool part was that they had the same expectations as us and there was absolutely no debate as to what to do. I highly recommend this retailer. 10 out of 10. The path was not perfect but the results were almost perfect and that is what mattered to us.America's Floor Source Response

Horrible experience with this company. *** ******** ***** ***** chose them unfortunately. They put the wrong LVP in the home. When I questioned what happened, they said they put the wrong address on the order. So, they ripped it all out and replaced with the LVP we chose. In our final walk-through, we noticed how many dips were in the floor as we were walking around. It was put in our punch list with the builder to be fixed. We moved in. We have leaning and wobbly furniture in every room. They have sent out two different "inspectors" with their company. Both of which told us there should have been leveling compound put down to level the subfloor and it all needs replaced a 3rd time. It has been over 4 months since the first floor went in. They never installed transitions and now carpet at the top of our stairs is rolling. They no showed us for an appt that had been made for a month. They continue to stall and not return calls. Lowest price guarantee, my left foot. Sent them a quote from a different place and in five minutes they sent an email saying that could not match quote that I sent. They didn't even send a counter offer. If I could rate them negative stars I would.
