My usual maintenance on my furnace was supposed to be in November. I got busy with holidays and then it turned cold and I did not call to schedule. So on some one digit temperature days the furnace was running loud, especially at night. I was able to get an appointment right away and ***** did my routine maintenance. While he was here we went ahead and made arrangements for AC maintenance in the spring.I feel much better now with some very cold days in the forecast and Im in line for my spring maintenance on my AC as well. They are the best and most honest company.I always feel that my furnace has been thoroughly cleaned and checked. And I have nothing to worry about. They don't come in and try to upsell you on anything as I've had Columbus Worthington Air and ***** in years past and those companies are all about upselling and price gauging.Thank you Hetter Heating!!! My 28 year old A/C unit went out on ThursdayHetter provided estimate for new furnace and A/C on Friday (thanks ****) and installed on Monday Prices were similar to or less than competitors who I received quotes from. Installers ***** and ****** were a great team and my wife and I are thrilled that they were able to turn this around so quickly in the heat of the summer.Review from Brad A

What a waste of time. Awful Experience. I own a very unique home and called Hetter to brainstorm some ideas for a furnace that has not been operating properly for a while. The person who came out refused to listen (at one point chastising me about his 30 years of experience), seemed confused on some obvious basics of the furnace, and when I finally was able to express my concerns he straight up told me they refused to help me. According to him, this company is too busy to even consider brainstorming/implementing a solution for me. Seriously a waste of time and I would never work with this company.

**** Sorry to hear Hetter was not able to provide what you are looking for. As you mentioned, your home is unique and therefore requires a unique solution for your heating & cooling needs. It is true we are busy during the hot summer months and because of that we cannot bid on jobs this time of year that require a lot of duct work or a multi-headed mini split. Our experience with Hetter was the best...from our consultant Dave to the team of Michael and Brian who installed our new furnace and a/c just 10 days ago. And since we live in Ohio, we have used both systems since then and everything is working great!Review from Tom C

I called at 3:40 on a Friday afternoon with a furnace problem fully expecting to have to wait until next week for an appointment. Hetter had a technician just finishing a repair who agreed to take one more job. He showed up at 4:10 and had the problem fixed by 5:00. AMAZING! I don't think we should always expect service like that but I'm very impressed. They're now my "go to" HVAC guys.Review from Bob H

Hetter did an efficient and cost effective furnace replacement for me on short notice. "Walt" provided an all-inclusive firm estimate, explained everything in detail, and did not pressure me. Installers "Michael" & "Brian" were on-time, friendly and open to explaining items I did not understand. Everything was cleaned up after the install, all paperwork was explained with copies to me, and the company handled the product registration as well. A very positive experience.Review from Mark P

Our exchanger went out and needed a new furnace. Walt provided ans agreeable estimate, and installation appointment was almost immediate. Our two installers Rick and “Halftime” ;-) Devan were fantastic! Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient, they did a great job of remove and install the old and new unit! All our questions/concerns were answered and the wife and I both received a passing mark when we were shown and quizzed regarding the thermostat! All kidding aside, the Hetter team did a phenomenal job installing our new furnace. After a search done long ago, we settled on Hetter to install (they installed a furnace/HVAC at our former house) and service the unit semiannually for the past 20-25 years. Yes, we would highly recommend!
