Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. **** ********, the owner. Probably the most arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending person in his position that I have ever come in contact with. He is never wrong, knows everything and will mock you and claim that you have no idea what you are talking about when indeed I was proven right on numerous occasions regarding my concerns....He just expects the customer to be quiet take what you get and be grateful. He is only worried about getting a check. You are nothing more to him. I am not the only one who feels this way, as his own workers and subcontractors expressed disdain. It also seems like a ton of reviews specifically compain about him. So be aware. I could truly write a novel on the experience, because it was truly unbelievable what we went through. Literally every single step of the project something was done poorly and I had to make them come back and fix things and put band aids on stuff that should never have been walked away from and considered "done". I even had to do their job for them on multiple occasions. No one spoke any english at all which made things even more difficult. At one point they were literally using google translate to explain to the crew how to install insulation.....like they never had even done it before.....it was all very alarming. They literally tore out one of my walls after the fact because the framing was so terrible that my wall was 1" off straight and there was a very visible bulge on the side of my home. Now the wall is bowed, another wall isn't straight and there are countless inconsistencies everywhere you look. The more I look the more I find....The entire process was absolutely exhausting and we are just glad that they are no longer on our property. No one will ever be welcome back. I am truly at a loss as to why anyone would hire this company based on my experience. I don't wish it on my worst enemy. If anything. Hire at your own risk.

Had Suncraft build a screen porch it was built in a timely manner . Would highly recommend Suncraft for for project.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new sunroom and deck! The workers were efficient in every move that they took. They definitely knew what they were doing. My neighbors and I were so impressed with their workmanship and speed, start to finish. Amazing!!! Suncraft Corp. started the project earlier than thought which was a bonus and finished with a job well done. They deserve a 5 star rating ****** *

We just finished our second project with Suncraft Corporation, and we could not be happier. The paver work and new deck exceeded our expectations. Everyone we worked with was exceptional and professional. We highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

Once again, we are beyond thrilled with Suncraft and our Screened Porch and Deck. Jeff B (owner) and his team built our first Screened Porch and 2 story deck at our previous house approximately 13 years ago, in 2010. We loved the design, quality, and were so pleased with the excellent customer service we received. A priority at our new house was to build a Screened Porch and Deck, similar in design to our previous one. Jeff B and his crew did not disappoint us. Jeff designed our porch, provided us with drawings, and a proposed timeline from start to finish. The cost was very reasonable and our "add-on" was appropriately priced. When questions arose, if Jeff was not available to talk, he returned the call promptly. The customer service staff at Suncraft were very polite and professional. The craftmanship of our porch and deck is excellent. Additionally, our porch and deck were completed in a timely manner. As stated, we are beyond thrilled with Suncraft, our porch, and deck.
