In light of the recient storms and weather patterns our production is playing catch up. As I explained to customer, said project will be put into production as the rest have been in the order that they were recieved and scheduled for production.

I kindly ask you to remove this or i'll take EVERY action to protect my company up to and including mitigation.

I'm not sure on what it is you want me to do, Mr.R*** is lying for after
the check was given to him, he said 2 weeks, haven't heard anything from
him so I don't believe he will come out and fix my roof. So I don't want to
let him off the hook and he still haven't done anything or even called me.

The original date of our contract is February 19, 2022 at this time of initial contact we explain the process to Mr. ******* who came to us by referral from his family member that we helped with their storm damage claim two years ago. Upon meeting with the insurance company adjuster we were met with resistance and in my professional opinion feel as though the claim was not only significantly underpaid but a few key items were missing which are needed to bring the project to code compliancy utilizing best construction practices. After several weeks of phone calls and emails to the insurance company they subsequently shut down to which time I had to bring in a third-party licensed public adjuster/adjuster to navigate us through the appraisal process. That said, the retainer fee for the appraiser is $1500 to proceed forward with the case. However, only 50% of that initial retainer is required in the amount of $750 which Ryan roofing paid to the appraiser and everything was explain to Mr. ******* as to how the process would work. Finally we were awarded an amount close to our estimated cost to complete the project utilizing best construction practices. In the process of mitigating the insurance company for the loss and retaining a third-party appraiser, coordinating with him in regards to the claim, as I explained to me. ******* we will build your job in the order set forth by production. I contacted Mr. ******* yet again to explain the process that our projects are built not in the order of who we first made initial contact with but when the claim is paid, scheduled and ready to put into production based upon the schedule of the supply company and the availability of our installation crews. Additionally, the mid west region, more specifically Ohio has been hit extremely hard this storm season with at least seven verified storms sense April.. Mr. ******* continues to call me every day for the last few weeks asking about when he’s going to be put into production at which time I really explain the process to him. We certainly do appreciate your patience and this process which normally doesn’t take this long unless the claim goes to appraisal and we will certainly keep you updated every step of the way with any new developments and will be in contact with you when our installation team is ready to put you into production just as soon as possible. Again thank you for your business and your continued patience, we look forward to serving you and making your home complete and damage free in the very near future.

2000 10/23-Tony replaced roof based on insurance claim and was paid $13,439.32 11/18-Signed contract for new siding, gutters and gutter guards for $11,353.34 and check for $6,812.03. Many months passed with no word from Tony, we attempted to contact him via phone and text. He would occasionally reply and say he needed to be paid more, would not schedule our job but would not provide next steps 2022 3/7/22-Tony submitted depreciation and supplements for roof work and insurance sent us the money. Check to Tony for $5,269.76 4/8/22–Worked with Private Adjuster; Insurance agreed to pay more and sent a payment to us. 4/14/22-Check to Tony for $4,000.00 for siding. 4/26/22–Tony’s crew removed the aluminum siding and check to Tony for $1,533.46. With this check Tony had been paid in full for all work (Roof, Siding and Gutters) 4/27/22-New siding not delivered, Tony said all backing boards needed replaced. He asked us to request more money from insurance money to pay for boards. We did but they replied the backing isn’t covered. 5/4/22–Still no siding material for the crew to put on and Tony requested more money. 5/5/22-Some material arrives (cheaper material than in contract) for siding and the crew installs after I purchased a few replacement boards. Multiple attempts to reach Tony during install with no success as there wasn’t enough material or dumpster. We bought and delivered the remaining material for the crew to finish which they did on 5/12. No gutter work was done The installers are calling us now because Tony didn’t pay them. He needs to pay his crew so they quit calling us and he needs to submit to insurance the depreciation and supplements so we can recover the money we are out due to him not completing gutter work that he was paid for, us having to buy material and disposing of all the trash Please call with any questions.
