    On 1/20/25 I made 2 in store purchases at my local mall at a ** ($99.90) and a Pink ($60.00). I scanned my rewards card and even used a reward on one purchase. 6 days later, no points have shown on my account (however, the reward I redeemed went away immediately- how convenient!!)I had a terrible time using the virtual assistant whose response to "i want to chat with an agent" or "I have missing points" was to keep suggesting I was making a return/exchange or that I had a problem with order delivery (what???)When I finally got an agent, she told me that they could not look up in store purchases on my account and she could not assist me with my points. This was frustrating, but as directed I called the customer service ******* customer service *** was super friendly and understanding, but even she could not find my order! She said there were no in store transactions on my account. When I asked if she could at least see that the reward was redeemed on 1/20/25 she said she could only see that I had a reward and then no longer had a reward, but no other information about it.She sent me a 20% off coupon for my trouble which I appreciate- but what I really want is to have my points. I know for a fact that I scanned my code at both locations because I remember doing so clear as day, I would have needed to scan to use my reward and I was going to the store *specifically* to use my reward.I did not keep my receipt because the items fit and I knew I would not be returning them.I am a young woman and while roughly $150 on bras / pajamas may not be a lot to the company- this was a big splurge for me to celebrate my first "big girl" job after passing the bar exam. I was honestly really excited to get VS points because I never thought I'd be in a position to shop at ** frequently enough to earn a meaningful amount of points.I'm very disappointed and honestly will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. VS is too pricy to also be dealing with these issues. :(

    VIOLATED I do not appreciate the customer service person forcing me to place my clothing articles on the hook. By placing your articles on the hook in the dressing room the computer in the dressing area then makes decisions on your purchase or products. This is EXTREMELY VIOLATING to my privacy. It is NOT any business of a computer on the wall what size and color product I am trying on. Weather it fits or not. This is NOT ok. Am I not allowed to use the dressing room without this computer watching me? This should be an option not forced on woman in any shopping experience. This will soon become a class action suit. I can feel it in my skin. Im so angry and upset right now.

    I have asked them 5 times to remove me from the mailing list so that I could stop having half naked women with my name attached sent to my home with my little brothers and father. They never stopped sending them. I am married now and my husband still brings me these mailers from our mailbox. I have asked at least 5 times to not be sent anything else, and every time they say that I am removed from the list, and then I get another catalog. I will never order from VS again. I feel like after all these years of asking for them to stop, this is harassment.

    In store experience was horrible. They refused to honor 2 different posted promotions that were very clearly posted in store. When I asked the manager about it she was extremly rude. The costumer service was absolutely horrible will definitely not be returning.

    There was a time, not too long ago, when Victoria's Secret knew how to use a tape measure. I know, because I have a bra that I bought a number of years ago. And a tape measure. The 36 represents inches. The new bra I bought says its a 36 on the label but it measures 27 inches. I know because I do own a tape measure. To add insult to injury, the website does not allow me to log into my account where I could have left this review. But I do have a car and can drive to my nearest VS where I will make my opinion known.

    On 2020 Victoria secret credit card sold there account to *** ******* ********** ***** I PAID *** ******* ********** ***** ON 10/2021 seen then I been trying to have this account DELETED from all 3 major credit Bureaus but I haven’t been successful because VICTORIA SECRET keep reporting write off charges off account this account BY LAW stop been ******** ****/VICTORIA SECRET ON 2/2020 the day they sold the account. I have obtain a RELEASE letter from *** ****** ********** ***** ********* number 15 LLC STARING THOSE FOR IN DISCHARGE, **** ******** OF ALL CLAIMS DEMAND DAMAGE CAUSE LOSS EXPENSES, AND COMPENSATION TO THE DATE, THEREFORE. But because ******** **** / Victoria Secret keep reporting this account as WRITE OFF I can’t have it DELETED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THIS ACCOUNT IS HURTING MY ABILITY TO GET A HOME AND A LOW interest. I need this account to get DELETED FROM ALL 3 BUREAUS AS IT WAS PAIN IN FULL TO THE CORECT COMPANY ON 2021

    Since March 26, 2006, I've been a loyal customer of Victoria's Secret. However, I encountered an issue with my most recent order, placed online on May 1, 2024. Upon receiving my shipment on Sunday, May 5, 2024, I discovered that one item was missing. I immediately contacted Victoria's Secret via chat, but the representative I spoke with was not apologetic about the missing item. After being placed on hold, I was informed that the item was out of stock and couldn't be sent to me. I then inquired why I wasn't notified of this before my shipment was sent out, but received no response. When I asked about my options, the representative offered either a refund or the option to purchase a replacement product with waived shipping fees. However, when I asked about the replacement product, as it appeared there were none in stock, I received no response. Throughout the conversation, the representative never apologized for the missing item in my shipment, which I found unprofessional. It made me wonder if they were hoping I wouldn't notice the missing item among the 17 items I purchased. I am baffled by the lack of concern for customer care demonstrated by such a large company. Therefore, I have decided to file this complaint.

    Returns process is horrible. I contacted customer service today to check the status of my return since it's been a month since I've returned my items and they basically gave me no info except they have not received the items. Just to wait 14-21 business days. Ummm, today is business day 23, so I asked when they consider a package lost and she said 'wait 14-21 business days.' K. So I asked again, when do you consider a package lost, because it shouldn't take a package a month to get from Texas to Ohio. For the THIRD time she said the 14 day thing. I used my VS card so I could use my coupon and get free shipping and told her I was tired of paying for items I didn't have anymore; she was basically like, eh. I know I can get my money back if I end up with a credit on my credit card, but it's the principle. Moral of the story, don't buy stuff you don't know you're going to keep, return things to the store, or use FedEx/UPS. Cuz obviously neither the USPS nor VS can be trusted with returns, lol.

    Bought an item from the store. Cashier asked a lot of questions I wasn't comfortable answering. Received a letter in the mail a week later from a bank saying they couldn't issue me a Victoria Secret Master card without more information. I neither asked for or wanted a credit card form them. Either this was an over zealous employee or just plain fraud in trying to get a card in my name. Either way it is wrong and I am now concerned.
