I paid for my laundry unit and other items to be moved. On moving day, I get told by the movers they couldn't move my washer machine due to it still being connected to the wall. I asked multiple employees prior to the move, if they would do as such, and they claimed yes. I speak to the manager and he says "We don't do that". I asked "Why take my money if you all knew that wasn't a service that could be provided?" . He says "We told you" and then proceeds to read the exchange between myself and said employee that placed my order. When I pointed out that he just confirmed that I wasn't in the wrong about the move. He tells me "Well we removed the washer machine charge from your move". I asked about them returning and completing the move. He tells me "The truck cost $301 alone to rent" and I asserted "I'm supposed to pay for your mistake". I wasn't made whole despite the fact that they took $39 off my charge. I still had to pay someone else to complete the job. The manager at this location was very unprofessional and the workers.....

It is unfortunate that their was issue. Although this policy is stated within the information we emailed you prior to the move, we do apologize if this was not communicated clearly. 

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Leaders as a cautionary tale to anyone considering their services, it was an utter disaster. Firstly, they arrived hours later than scheduled, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. But the lateness was just the beginning of our troubles. The movers displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and care for our belongings. Despite my explicit instructions to wrap certain items, they neglected to do so, resulting in extensive damage to numerous possessions. To add insult to injury, I found myself having to assist the movers with their tasks, essentially doing their job for them. Moreover, the behavior of the moving crew towards both myself and my wife was completely unprofessional. Their inappropriate comments only compounded our frustration and made the entire experience even more unpleasant. At this point, I have no choice but to file a claim for the damages caused by Leaders. It's abundantly clear that they are not equipped to handle even the most basic aspects of their job, let alone provide a satisfactory service to their customers. Save yourself the time, money, and stress by looking elsewhere for movers. Trust me, you do not want to endure the same nightmare that I went through. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your belongings.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the level of service you received on your move. As you can probably tell, this does not meet the expectations of our service levels. We feel we do a really good job overall, but we stand behind our work, even when things go poorly. I checked in on your damage claim, and things seem to be moving along in that regard. I hope that our efforts post-move are more reflective of our service levels, and if you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst moving experience ever. They were focused on a bigger move than mine. Not focused on my move. Had to return to condo I moved out of to move 3 pieces of furniture. They left 10 pound kettlebell on truck. Left message for them regarding kettlebell. Never returned call

Leaders Moving and Storage did an excellent job moving us. ******* (#****) , ***** (#****), **** (#****) and ****** (#****) were amazing. So pleasant and accommodating . They did not complain about one thing I asked them to do and it was a LONG day. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.
