I brought my 2016 Honda civic in to get looked at because my acceleration was slow even though my rpm was normal. So they scanned the car an told me that I had bad gas in the car and needed a new to change out the old fuel and put in sum new fuel which would cost me $600 but they said that would most likely fix the problem. So after paying for that they said that my turbo is bad and it didnt show up in the initial scan so I needed a new turbo which at their price was gonna cost me $3400 I didnt have that kind of money so I asked can I drive it without the turbo they said it wont be able to get up to speed like normal but that was already the problem an I drove it there on the highway at 70/80mph it just took longer than usual to get up to that speed so Im thinking Ill just take the street ways to work so I dont push the car that much until I get the money I need. So I come back to get the car and it wont make it down the street I cant get over 20mph , my engine is shaking the whole car , and its a horrible chemical like smell filling up the car and the area around it. We bring it back to have them look at it again because my car should be in worse condition than when it came if I paid $700 dollars to get it fixed they gave me a rental free of charge to drive while they look at my car and said I dont have a time limit on when to bring it back so sum days go by during which they tell me that the bad gas is the reason that my turbo and catalytic converter is bad now but Im contacting mechanics and car shops telling them wats going on with my car to see if they price is lower to get it fixed and after I tell them a lot of the mechanics said that it doesnt sound right that bad gas made my turbo bad and one mechanic refused to even touch my car saying that he doesnt know wat they did to it so we filed an investigation to look into but when they found out they took the rental back trying charge us for it and now trying to force us to get my car off their lotReview from Shata B

No star the service department steals out of people cars while being serviced there. Don't go to Lindsay Honda for nothing you'll be highly disappointed Mangers there don't care about what's going on.Missing my deceased son's baseball bat and their treating me like it's nothing...Okay!!Review from Terry R

Went for a service on my Ridgeline 2024 for headlight adjustment. When I got there the Service personal was prompt to talk to me. I told him that people have been flashing me during night time driving. He told me that the he could not help. He then brought in another Ridgeline in and put it against the wall (light beams) with my head lights next to it and said they are the same, also they are set at the factory and cant be adjusted. Well thats not true, the Ridgeline does have adjustment on each head lamp. I know because I have adjusted head lights myself on other vehicles and there are adjustments on this Ridgeline. Also this young man is not service oriented to peoples needs. Looked on Yelp and not good reviews for Lindsay Honda service department. Not sure if Ill get my next Honda from Lindsay Honda.Review from AR H

We changed our minds on a pre-owned car 30 miles after buying the car from Lindsay Honda. When we contacted the dealer to see about trading the car in for another car in the dealership and we received the run around for 2 days. The run around began from the salesman and the sales manager or finance department wouldnt return our calls. We lost a lot of money trading in the car at Lindsay Buick because Lindsay Honda basically told us we signed the loan and its our problem since theyve been paid already from the lender. So I will not recommend Lindsay Honda for any purchase since they are not concerned about a customers satisfaction after you leave the car lot. I wish I could leave no stars because they will not receive any recommendations or referrals from me or my family.Review from Tamara B

So I went in May 21st for my end of lease meeting WITH ***** So I was looking to upgrade to a more mid size car like So I decide to I'd just go ahead and try to buy out what was owed on my lease. He said sure we can do that! He proceeded to hit my credit 4 times to get an approval for the buyout amount. Comes back and tells me he couldn't get an approval from anyone for it. But I have til the 14th to decide what I wanted to do. Either get the Hrv or I could turn it in. I went home and thought for 10 days and on the premise I wasn't approved for a buyout. I went back in and met with Kevin again and explained my situation and since he couldn't get me financed and I wasn't interested in the car he had was trying to put me in my best option was to just go ahead and turn it in. Explained that I was paid up til the 14 of June. That on June 14th just bring in keys they would do an odometer reading I would sign it. There would be a 350 dollar turn in fee. Honda would do their inspection and send me a final bill. Which I was good with on the 14th I proceeded to go in with my keys ready to sign the papers I needed to. Thank God ***** WASN'T THERE!!!! And I was dealing with a gentleman named Keenan. . While sitting at his desk waiting for him to bring me paperwork. A gentleman named **** came over and asked me why I was turning in my car it had a lot of equity in it. And I had an approval for the buyout amount from Hunington Banks with zero money down and a payment of 40 dollars more than my lease amount.I said excuse me what did you just say! He repeated everything again. I said this is the first time I'm even hearing about this. I was told by ***** I wasn't approved for a buyout loan. I'm literally furious at this point. Since I already went and got a new car on the premise I hadn't been approved.So I asked **** to see the offer that Huntington made. I had a blowup with one of the service advisors at this location. But it wasn't until scheduled an appointment with someone on August 28 for September 7 to find out that they will no longer except my service at this location. But it's funny how no one told me about this when scheduled the appointment. I showed up the day of my appointment to find out no one even scheduled me for the service I was expecting to get. I talked to one service advisor who I thought was helping me with a resolution to come to find out he was no help also. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by this service advisor Joe that Bill the manager knows the situation and he will be calling me. Today is September 25,2023 still no call back from Joe or the manager in which I as emailed and still have not received a return call or a return email which I sent to him on September 8. The original service advisor that I had the issue with was **** in which noted in my customer profile not to service this customer. There is always two sides to a story. In my case I can't take my vehicle to this location and that is fine but what consequences is **** receiving. At the end of the day poor customer service from all three gentlemen for trying to sweep this under the rug and ignore the situation! Also March of 2023, after waiting about 20 minutes I was greeted with a "Yo what's up". Which I think was very unprofessional. But the customer before me whom was a different ethnic group was acknowledged with a "Hello how can we help you today". It's sad people think it's okay to be a certain way because they think they are trying to make someone else feel comfortable. It's rude and offensive, and just shows how ignorant our society can be.Review from Sapryna M

I purchased a vehicle from Lindsay Honda on May 1, 2023. On May 5, 2023 I had to take the car in for service. The car dash would not go blank and the car would get locked in park. They would state they fixed the issue, however they did not. They sent the car off to Kia numerous times stating they paid KIA to fix the problem. Here we are again four months later same problem. I keep getting the run around and have requested a different car.Review from Brittani T

Recent employee. My dad had a stroke and is Coma. I needed a least a week to see about him and clear my head. Spoke to my manager *******. She made it seem like, they're supportive. Christian based company with big hearts and they're praying for me. After saying all that..turn around and call my phone while I'm at the hospital. Accused me of door dashing while out. I don't have a vehicle which I ended up sending her photos and proof of my doordash account. Ridiculous for what I was put thru. She never had any proof just listened to another worker named **** who told her that. I was so livid. These people are not who they say they are. First week on the job. Was super excited and was even spoken to rudely by ******** in Human Resources. I'm filing a complaint on this company and will never send anyone I know to even get a car with them. Booked appointment to purchase a vehicle, then drove 2 hours and waited an hour to be told that it was sold. Salesmen kept trying to sell me a new vehicle that cost $10k more than my limit which I shared with them repeatedly. They then refused to give me their managers name to file a complaint. This dealership is a joke . Bought a 2019 ***** Camaro ss 1LE . **** miles on car. At the time I bought car I also bought a warranty for paint and fabric. This dealership is a scam they dont prep paint right and is just looking to collect and s**** anyone that buys it . This coating is a joke has them re apply coating and still spotty and dealership dont even know how to properly clean a vehicle. Still brake dust on wheels etc . **** dollars for a warranty that is a joke and will not refund warranty. Said dont meet requirements and wont provide return requirements . ******* Daily is a joke. Will never at all costs buy a vehicle here again .Lindsay Honda Response
