****** has yet to return our rental deposit after the 30 days have passed. No itemized deductions were shown to us, he has claimed it is in the mail and that he has a tracking number, but he has never given us the tracking number. He has stopped responding, and I anticipate him noting that we were responsible for the water bill as it says that in the lease. However, this was never an issue except for one month which we did pay for. If this was needed, he should have alerted us that we were missing payments we should’ve been making. I’m positive his response will insult me and claim this is somehow my fault when he is not following Ohio law. I have contacted a mediator and if nothing is resolved I will file a claim in court by end of week.

I am in disbelief that she called me a liar and when she gets her deposit I expect a full retraction. I can't control mail speed. Not that it matters but i have responded to each email received within 24 hours.

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. The business admitted that the tracking number was a lie and still claims check is in mail. I did not say he was a liar, I said he has a tendency to lie about these things. I actually have a feeling this is more of a disconnect between generations after looking at other complaints. Younger generations do know the law as it is readily available online and in the modern day, most things are done automatically. Quite possibly, all of these headaches could be eliminated and I extend a hand to ****** to discuss the changing market and offer some insight on how to make it better for everyone in the future.

I contracted with ****** of Full Circle Real Estate to manage several of my rental properties. ****** performed various management duties including, collecting rents, hiring maintenance, marketing vacancies, and screening tenant applications. ****** had a fiduciary duty and responsibility for handling the receipt of funds from the tenants, maintaining reserves for maintenance, as well as the tenant security deposits. As ****** was also supposed to account for all the receipts and uses of the funds and provide monthly reports of the accounting to me, the property owner. I discovered a number of errors with regards to accounting. Some of these included payments posted for incorrect amounts, charges that had been duplicated, rents that had been collected but not posted, and management fees charged for a property they were not managing. There was also a charge in April for work on a property I previously sold in January. I have requested numerous times from January through now (August) that ****** correct the issues and release funds that he had been holding in reserve to me. On at least three different occasions he has told me he sent the funds, but then gone back and confirmed he did not although he should have and had no explanation why they had not been sent or any type of confirmation of an attempt to send me the funds.

I moved out of my apartment (Jefferson Pointe) on 05/28/2022 and I received a form stating I would receive 310.00 back out of my security deposit, but I still have not received anything. I reach out to the property manager ****** ***** and the president ******** ****** and neither have called back. I emailed ********, and I didn't receive a response. I went by the leasing office and the leasing assistant agreed that it's hard to get ahold of ******** and ******. I've been out of the apartment for almost 3 months and haven't received anything.
