The last time I actually spoke with some in the office was November 2020 when I moved in. I gave my 30 days notice on their website on December 30 2022. I left numerous messages and visited the office on Hall Road. I had to call the maintenance man for Vip because that was the only dependable contact I had. Five days later Christina M I believe her name is finally emailed me and said she did not see it. So I would have to resubmit my 30 day notice on January 5 2023. I was on a month to month lease. Resubmitting my 30 days would take me into the next month causing me to break my lease. I emailed her my notice and requested the necessary information for the key return and utilities. She would not send me the information I repeatedly requested nor would she confirm any of my notices until January 10 2023. I don't know if they are trying to keep my security deposit or get a free month's rent from me but I am at my wits end. I did not send in January rent due to Vip Realty's poor communication and inability to be honest enough to properly run a business. The office is just a storefront. I feel like I was set up to be sued later.

And had to move my things right back out. The conditions know when would live in I have plenty of pictures. I spoke with ********* who assured me that I would Receive my funds back. She told me to take the keys and put them in a Dropbox which I did and then I let her know she said thank you and now she will not respond not respond nor will the company respond to my emails are text messages pertaining pretending to all the money that I paid them. Myself and my wife of same address have been calling VIP for two days now and getting no response. We have questions regarding our lease and what we need to do with the property before the lease ends. We have had issues in the past as well for getting maintenance done. I am sure if the property owner that is a doctor new this was going on he would not except it as normal business practice after all I feel it reflects on him as well. Thank You, **** *** **** ******
