  I had hired this company to redue my shed. He came out in April 29th of this year and I signed on his phone a contract of redueing my shed in the amount of $4,538.30 is what he was given to redue my shed. I paid him $2,500.00 and in May paid the balance of $2,038.30 Final Payment (5-18-24). He was to remove deteriorated wood and replace and install using siding & soffit. (The floor and roof & doors were not removed.On May 28th text him DJ H32323837**3738383633H no answer. Asking if he forgotten me- wondering when he&#**;ll finish the shed.May 28th He text hadn&#**;t forgotten. June 6th - 10:30 AM I text when are you finishing shed can&#**;t call mailbox full so I call.June 10th 12:26 PM Tried again calling stating trying to get ahold of him- No response.June 11th 3:14 PM called left text message- no response.June 11th 3:15 PM he text me- I haven&#**;t forgot you.Thurs. July 11th 6:24 PM I text Mr. ***** Been calling & texting it&#**;s been a month and haven&#**;t heard from you about finishing up the ******* of Sept 25th 2024 No show - no word.I&#**;m left with a rotten shed doors and uneven and rotten wood around shed with siding nailed on. I&#**;m so mad- I&#**;m 70 yrs old always trying to be careful of scams but he looked like he was doing the work well not him personally but Hispanics who did the work. And I question it (the quality).I paid $4,538.30 more than enough that I&#**;m out of my retirement money.He should be stop too not to take anyone else.   We paid the contractor to remodel out home. After a year it's still not done..not even close. Only demo has been done. ** said he would complete the job and pay for lodging. He lied. The bnb landlord showed up asking for payment. This man is not trustworthy. He took ***** from us and we don't have a home.
