I would not recommend this company if you are expecting things to move in a timely manner and communication to be clear or occur in an appropriate amount of time. From the beginning it has been a lot of dropped conversations and continues that way. We began this process in April of 24 and now Jan 25 still not complete. First the contractor I was working with stopped communicating and I was not told he was let go, then get a new contractor who was very timely in his response and moving forward. Said supplies were all ordered and project finally underway. But then 5 weeks later I call checking on install date and find out supplies had never been ordered. So now I wait again. Finally they install. But did not finish the install and I had to call numerous times and wait 2 more months before someone came to complete. Then Im never told if it was complete and wait another month before someone all of a sudden tells me the job is done and I owe money, however all along the way between them actually finishing I was asked 5 times to pay and get insurance money to them. However I kept saying not until the project was complete and everyone said it was or it would be soon. Finally finish and get my bill but then the price is increased from what I was originally told after being told because of the lack of communication Id be getting a discount. Communication is slow, sketchy, the employees were constantly bad talking and making jokes about their business, and multiple people told me different reasons or excuses blanking others for it but never fixing any of the issues at hand

After being asked to allow the Lifetime Quality Roofing representative, *********** *******, to conduct a roof inspection for possible wind damage i was surprised to learn that there was indeed damage caused by a recent storm. ***** identified the areas impacted by the storm and walked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company. From start to finish ***** oversaw the filing of the claim and the inspection with my insurance company. Another company representative, ****, went over all the paperwork and the choosing of the roofing materials with me. Both men made the work very easy to complete.The roof replacement was completed in one day by a crew of men that were very adept at their job and made sure everything was clear of any debris. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing to any homeowner in need of roof repairs.

Fantastic service! **** really cared about my home needs. My windows look amazing and were installed on time, actually a week early. Neighbors have even stopped to compliment them! Wouldnt go anywhere else for windows

Just put a new roof in for us in December. *** ****** was great to work with. Dealt back and forth with our insurance to cover a whole new roof. Roofers did a great job and cleaned up all the mese after. Very happy customer!!!

It sounds too good to be true, but it isn't. Give them a shot!My home's roof was replaced for only the cost of my insurance deductible thanks to ***** and the team from Lifetime Quality. The process was straight forward as ***** held my hand through the whole thing. *** laid out my options for me in a super clear and friendly way. He walked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company and handled all the behind-the-scenes work to ensure everything was approved smoothly. Our roof had significant damage, and the team found a hole that they patched temporarily to prevent any further damage until the repair work could begin. ***** oversaw the roofing project, and he and his crew were extremely professional. They completed the roof just a few days ago, and the quality of the work from start to end is outstanding. The men and women working on the roof did an amazing job, They were polite, worked hard and cleaned up my yard so well. Roof looks great. I was a little skeptical about the company at first, but all went well. They worked with my insurance company and took care of everything as promised. My only issue was the promises of being compensated for giving referrals. My roof looks great and very happy with that.
