So we called to get our stove fixed assuming they were a authorized repair center for *******. Short answer NO . Set that aside. Called told them exactly what was wrong with stove (relay on main board) was told they could fix that but they had to diagnose first. ($100)And fee would go toward repair. They came out. Tec checked the 120/240 on stove then didn't let the electric discharge from his meter and sparks flew all over my kitchen. I asked what I typed and he confirmed yes that's what happen. Set that aside. He then comes to the conclusion that I already diagnosed. Then had every excuse why it should not be repaired. Stove is 1 year 2 weeks old . The board needed is $******** is list of excuses 1 the board will go bad again 2 go have ******* replace it even though out of warranty 3 buy the parts and fix it yourself 4 just go buy a new stove this one is a bad brand 5 parts out of stock who knows when the part will be in stock. ( It's in stock)Then charged us $100 left no documentation or anything . I called the next day aka today and he didn't even write down anything about the stove not the model number , part number or anything. When I brought this to campanys attention they were surprised at the laziness of the owners son . He has no schooling on appliance repair and is 4 years out of school he graduated highschool in 2020he told me. I gave them an option for refund or review they chose review

This person called us asked us to check his oven not heating i told him over the phone service call is 100. He needed a receipt showing problem so he could get ******* to send him a free control board. We checked oven but technician forgot to leave a receipt the next day we sent him a receipt he threw a fit and told me he would leave a bad review trying to get me to give him a refund . We did our job hopefully he is able to get his free part. I tried helping this person but he never wanted us to fix oven he needed a receipt to get a free part i really believe he didn't want us to fix his oven if he wanted us to fix oven he would have been more reasonable. Hopefully he is able to put the part on because we definitely won't be back.

We hired another company. They didn't try at all to fix the stove. The $100 that was paid was to go toward labor. If we went forward. Hence if I bought part they would have installed it for the $100 fee. Although it was not a 100% refusal to help ,they gave no options for them to fix the problem notice they don't deny the 5 statements I quoted. Those 5 statements in my opinion were thank you for your money good luck. *** the diagnoses from this company was wrong he told us the bottom burner was a warmer and didn't affect the bake setting . Nope it was the problem . This is now fixed by another company!
