    Have worked with *** **** for years and for the past couple of years have had issues with him carrying out delivery of services (putting up and taking down awnings) on dates agreed upon. It takes several times trying to contacting him before he shows up. He promises to come that evening, next day, etc and never does. He has had one of our awnings since last year. Did not put it up this year - finally did, but then took it down the next day because it wasn't ours, and haven't heard from him since. Still do not have that awning. Needless to say - we have another company, but want that awning back. Have heard that this has happened frequently with him and that someone else got their awning back in their driveway. That would be fine - we don't want to have to have another one made. Would appreciate contact

    Dependable Awning took down my awning in winter for storage; has not returned it. Contact with company and owner has not been successful. Need the awning.

    Dependable Awning removed our 6 fabric awnings and frames for storage last fall and were supposed install them in May. The awnings have still not been delivered and installed and the company is no longer responding to email or returning phone calls. They have our property and will not return it.

    Today we received a call from Dependable Awning. They said they cannot install our awnings but said they would return them.

    Our awnings were delivered to our house today.  Dependable Awning does not have the means to install them,
    but they did return our property, so we consider our dispute to be resolved.

    The company has our patio awning that they store in the winter and cover our patio beginning in spring. We have tried unsuccessfully numerous times to contact the owner via email, phone calls, and text messages. The latest contact was a text message sent Monday, June 12 in which we offered to drive to business to at least be able to pick up our awning, but no response. Normally this awning is put up in May for the upcoming summer season.

    Dependable awnings took down my awnings for storage last fall. I contacted them in March 23 and they informed me they would put them up in mid April. The day came and went and they did not put them up. I contacted the company on May 1st and they stated via text they would put them up that week. I’ve since called and texted since then with no response. The voicemail box is also full. I have also attempted to email and Facebook message but have not received a response.

    In 2022, Dependable Awning did not install as scheduled three of my home's awnings. In 2021, I arranged with Dependable Awning for two of these three awnings to be recovered and I paid a $650.00 deposit for materials and labor. Starting last year, 2022, and as recently as last week, I sent Dependable Awning messages by text, email, and Facebook Messenger, and I made multiple attempts to leave voice messages, though the voice mailbox is typically full. All without any response. At this point, I expect a refund of the $650.00 deposit and either the return of the awning to my home or compensation for the cost of new awnings. If Dependable Awning is unwilling to refund my deposit and either return these awnings or compensate me for the cost of new awnings, I expect an explanation so I can then pursue appropriate action.

    My awnings are being held hostage! Dependable removed my awnings Nov. 2022 and were to install them March 2023. My calls to request install have gone unanswered. Left message for Jim 4/8/2023 no return call. Next call 4/15 and voicemail is full. Awnings initially purchased through ***** ****** over $3000. Apparently ***** subbed the work to Dependable. The name is not reflective of the service. Where are my awnings!?

    Paid down payment of $1,800 to order a new awning in October. It was supposed to be in and installed by now. I have attempted to reach the business via phone messages, text messages, and Facebook messenger for 2 weeks and cannot get any communication back.

    I have been dealing with dependable awning since February 2021, he came to our house ,gave an estimate of $2;219.05 for an awning and screened in porch, we gave1;219.05 down ,it was to be installed on April 20 ,2021,they were late on that ,on 24 April the awning was installed.his no shows and unanswered texts were 20,22,28,29 April 202120 may,31 August,2,4,6,7,14,16,17 and 27 September,4 and 29 October,then he said in his Facebook he was closed for the winter. In March of 2022i informed him that a strong wind tore down my awning,he did come and fix it .I said the awning was too small for the frame,he said it was cut wrong and he would replace it free of charge. about a month later he came and .was measuring for the screened in porch,he said it woild be very soon he would have it fixed.I waited a long time,just to give him many chances to complete this project.,all that time I saw on his Facebook about all the business projects he was bragging about,I guess the small jobs didn’t mean anything to him,I checked with bbb and saw the 3 complaints we about awnings,no returned calls and broken promises.I know he had a ruff year with his injury and Covid and loss of a family member,but he still never returned my .when t proved that,every time we called all we got was a message,so we had someone else call sept 2022 I sent a message on their asking when my awning would be installed,they stated bu end of October,he said the curtains are on target,I informed him I wanted the awning fixed first,when the end of oct came,same thing , contacted him on 6 November and no retuned text or call,no show and no returned text’s,I want all of my money returned ,the awning looks terrible it does not fit correctly.this has been a very disappointing experience.

    June 28, 2022 I text *** **** regarding having my awning removed as I was having a roof repair. *** replied and took down the awning and per our previous conversation he was to repair the awning stitching and waterproof before putting them back up. June 30, 2022 After the roof repair I text him every other day asking when the awnings would be ready to have placed back up and he did not reply until July 13th stating that he had tested positive for COVID and would get out to put the awning back up as soon as they could. July 18, 2022 until now September 27, 2022 I have called almost everyday and text weekly with no response or reply in regards to my awning. I was not able to have awning all summer. I still have not gotten a response from *** or anyone at the company. I have call and text message saved to reference. I would like to have an explanation of what is going on with my awnings in regards to repair and when in the Spring of 2023 I can expect to have the awnings placed. If in fact the business is not open I would like to have my awnings delivered so that I can find another company to provide the service.
