    I ordered a self defense key chain on September 17, 2024 and paid for it at the time. I have had no updates since I ordered. I have attempted to reach out by email and haven't received a response. I reached out to Cash APP which is where it was requested the money be sent and they won't help me. They told me to reach out to the seller for my refund.

    July 10th 2024. I placed an order with skydefense llc and never received any further communication. I reached out via her website, tik tok, and text message for a status update and was ignored each time. I requested a refund on July 30th and have yet to have it acknowledged or sent. I am not the first I have seen that have said they paid for her product and never received it and had no communication.

    Order #****. Ordered on 02/14/24 and payment was sent 02/16/24. No shipping confirmation and no response to any email inquiries along with reports of this business from others who have been scammed. I want a refund since it’s likely that I’ve been scammed along with everyone else who has complained about this business. Paid and yet no product.

    This business runs a TikTok account advertising their “small business” and it is a SCAM. I placed order #**** on 8/31 (they tell you to pay via cash app or Apple Pay as they do not have a Shopify or other online point of sale system established). That payment was sent for $57.68 via cash-app on9/4 as they directed after texting their advertised customer service number. I have emailed them multiple times, texted their ONLY number of customer service that directed me to cash app, and commented on their business social media with nothing in response. Now I’m just looking to shut them down.

    I ordered from the company in August of 2023 and as of November 2023 I still have not received my order. I received no reply on social media from the business either. I requested a refund through cash app but was denied.

    Ordered a "Self Defense Mystery Scoop" and even gave a tip. Their info stated that processing would be 10-15 business days and shipping an additional 3-5 business days. At the end of that window I had not received the order or any confirmation of shipping. I have attempted to reach out to them on multiple platforms but have never received a reply. I still have not received what I ordered.

    On July 29th, 2023, I ordered one extra large scoop and one large scoop on her page. At 4:39pm the same day I sent a payment over on CashApp. For some reason on August 8th, the merchant sent a text saying she never got the payment even though it was completed on CashApp. Since 08/08, I have been contacting her for a refund with no response. I want my money back, not the products, my money sent back to me immediately.

    I placed an order for a large mystery scoop self defense product beginning of june order # ****. Was told it would be 7 to 10 business days and has been well past that. They sent several messages about sending my payment but have not answered my text since. I either want the product or refund ASAP.
