This builder and realtor built a house for my wife and I and now refuse to do the the finish on the stairway, caulk the quest bathroom, trim five doors for the transition piece to be installed, didn't installed dual thermostat per standard features, put quarter-round or comparable product on around hardwood flooring and put the skin in the kitchen sink to preclude showing the inside damage of running water and lastly didn't use the same mortar in the entry. Moreover, we have performed a lot of work ourselves because of his refusal and procrastination.
