In complaints filed at your BBB for Arcani Coil Care, several customers report non-delivery of products and dissatisfaction with communicating with the company. Your BBB submitted a written request for the company to address the pattern of complaints in June of 2020. On March 2, 2021, Arcani Coil Care responded to our request for the company to address the pattern of complaints. In their response, they indicate that during the onset of the pandemic their business was involved in the supply chain crisis where items sold out with no date of return or delayed by weeks with little to no communication around who or when things would change. They have contacted consumers to let them know what is going on as well as increased their number of employees to help handle the situation. As they began sending out the order the business indicated that they are including a free product and 50% coupon that is good for 60 days. The business did indicate that they are still experiencing delivery issues that are beyond their control and are continuing to communicate with customers as to what is happening.
In January 2023, BBB performed a follow up evaluation of the business's complaint activity. BBB found the aforementioned pattern of types of complaints remained. On January 11, 2023, your BBB sent a written notification to the business with an opportunity to provide additional feedback. As of today, your BBB has not received a response.
