    Manly trend Tshirt I placed an order for the of the jackets they had on their site, first it took 6 weeks for the jackets to arrive! When I received the package and looked I was send some cheap items nothing like what they have advertised on their site, I tried contacting the customer service and not responds for a week, then I was told they don’t do returns which say otherwise on their site even tho I was sent something different then i placed an order for! They have been extremely rude and unfair and no help! All I want is to send these items back and be refunded! I even offered to pay the return shipping fees! But I’ve been ignored and then I was told If I don’t stop asking for my money or return instruction they we’ll block me.

    I have ordered a watch band from this company (giftsbespoke). It has been 30 days and nothing. When I email I get a for message that the item normally take between 7-14 days, we are at 30 and still nothing. I have emailed multiple times and still have not received my purchase. I would say if they cannot send the item I ordered then refund and not wait another 30 days. I feel this

    I purchased a personalized cookie cutter that was advertised on Facebook on Oct. 25th. The pictures of the product shows a sugar cookie that has been stamped with a personalized cookie cutter and the message on the cookie is clear to read. I ordered the cookie cutter for a holiday family party. It finally arrived Nov. 17th from overseas. The quality was awful and came with instructions on how to glue the plastic back together - so clearly the vendor knew it was cheap and would fall apart. The etching on the plastic was so thin that it barely left an impression on the cookie dough, despite multiple attempts. I emailed the vendor and told them the cookie cutter was cheap and I wanted my money back. They requested pictures as proof that I ordered it. I sent a picture of the cookie cutter as well as a baked cookie, to show that the cutter didn't leave an imprint on the cookie dought. The vendor then responded with a recipe for cookie dough????? I responded that I didn't ask for a recipe, I asked for a refund. I then called the number on the email - it went straight to a Chinese message, I have no idea what it says. I messaged the vendor on Facebook and got no response. I reported them to Facebook and got no response. I left a detailed description of my complaint on their website and got no response. I would like my money back and I would like this vendor to be prohibited from selling on the internet. They should not be allowed to pose as a company doing business in the US when they clearly aren't.
