Young Kim helped us sell our parents home, and we couldn't be happier. Her advice on how to prepare the home for sale, what the asking price ought to be, the best way to deal with items that arose during the inspection, how the closing and transfer of the property to the new owner work,, and many other things was sound and reassuring. She absolutely knows what she is doing, and it shows. Ultimately, the sale closed at the asking price a month after the house was listed. I highly recommend Young Kim.Review from Paul S

Young Kim was referred to me by a friend. I was designated as the administrator for an estate. The property was not maintained. Young visited the property and provided recommendations on how to cost effectively improve the property, I made the recommended changes. Young's market research clearly indicated that I under estimated the value of the property. She said that she would list the property on Friday and sell it on Monday. I thought that was a rather bold statement given the condition of the property. That Monday we had three offers with two of the offers above asking price. We accepted one and entered into a contract. Unfortunately, I could not comply to a probate court requirement before the contract close date. Young had a working relationship with the buyer's realtor and explained the timing problem. She was able to have the contract close date extended without penalty to me. I recommend Young Kim without reservation. She is a professional, a communicator and now a friend.Review from WALTER S

We recently sold our house using Young Kim Realty. It was our good fortune to have chosen her as our agent. From the very beginning of the process, she very carefully presented a detailed plan on what to expect. She presented a Timeline with action items and kept in constant communication with us on the progress of our sale. She identified the items which we should correct, to insure a smooth and timely sale. As a result we were able to get two cash offers above asking price in less than 36 hours. A five star rating does not do justice for Young Kim based on our experience with her. Our experience with her throughout this process , can best be described , as a text book example on how a realtor should represent a client in order to you a smooth and successful sale. We really enjoyed working with Young to get our new house. She has been very helpful in giving us her honest advice and was always very responsive. The whole process could not have been so smooth without her. She is such a pleasant person to talking to! Young Kim was amazing through every step of the selling process! She toured our house as soon as we told her our plan to sell and gave us a to do list to get started on making it ready. Before we even moved out she had a list of contractors and repairs ready to go for the day after we were scheduled to move. She was very involved and checked on the progress of our home every single day to ensure work was going as planned and was to her level of satisfaction. As a result, our home was repaired, repainted, cleaned, and looking fresh and new in less than a month! Young even staged the house to look it’s best and be ready for buyers to picture their life in it. She had the home listed when promised and we had multiple offers in just four days! She handled the negotiations smoothly and as a result we closed just 30 days after our offer came in! I would absolutely recommend Young Kim Realty to anyone needing to sell their home! Young Kim is in a class of her own. She is an expert and a true professional, and her guidance and support were instrumental to us purchasing our home. As first-time homebuyers, we had little knowledge of the process; however, Young's expertise and attitude made the experience straightforward and fun. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Young.
