            Friday may 27, 2022 I had contacted bobcat multi works of degraff, ohio 2-3 weeks prior. Due to a leaking line I wasn't sure of exact location of tank. I stated to them I wanted to locate tank, pump and inspect. When the finally showed up. He couldn't locate tank I found the tank, I uncovered the tank. He stuck the suction hose and started to pump. During which I received a call from the owner agitated that it had taken so long blaming me for it. Once he "finished" pumping the tank He left without speaking to me. 2 days later I installed a riser in the tank when I could clearly see the sludge in the tank I measured it and found 24"-27" of sludge in the bottom. They had not fully emptied it nor did they inspect. They also want to charge for locating and digging which they did neither. I immediately called a second septic service company they came out inspected the overall job stated the prior company did not do what was required. Was recommended to not pay. And would need pumped out to inspect the tank. Also stated everything the bobcat multi works informed me of was not correct when dealing with a septic service.

            We did go out to service this system.  Customer called several times.  Yes we were extremely busy at the time, but we did the best we could do.  Customer was rude and tried hard to tell technician what to do.  Tank was under a fence which made work a bit difficult.  We have always left a FEW inches in tank.  We did not leave 24-27 inches as customer states.  Tanks will look full after a couple days of being pumped.  It is in our system NOT to do work for this customer any more.

             

            I will tolerate or allow ANYONE to treat our techs like this.  It was hot and it needed dug up just so we could get to it.  My driver was there nearly 2 hrs.  This is uncalled for.  I have removed this bill simply because we have way more appreciative people so I am not wasting my time on someone like this.
