Called to have bathroom remodel back in March. Kept pushing date back because "lack of staff" had to pay half down and didn't start till November. Paid another 25% when they showed up. Did demo and put in new shower and flooring. Paid them the remainder and was supposed to finish project. They said it would take 7-10 days. They started November 20 and only did 3 days of work. Still waiting for vanity, sink and trim to be done. Again already paid them for job. It's been 2 weeks since done and a month since they started. Owner claims it's on backorder from *******. I talked to ******* representative and they say there is plenty in stock. Owner of company keeps ignoring calls and refuses to get back with me.

******* ******** Did put a deposit down on his bathroom remodel per his contract On March 12th. ******* was not given a start date until we had the selections of the items that he wanted in his bathroom. We were given the selections on April 29th, which then we scheduled him for late August, which at that time we were running be hind and we did have several crew members quit on us. We started the bathroom on November 18th which we had been communicating back and forth on start times. He did then make another 25% payment on his account as per his contract. We were there for 4 days demoing the bathroom. we got shower put back together, floors installed, toilet install, leaving trim, vanity, and 2 small shelfs. When we started the job I we remeasured the vanity before ordering it just to make sure it would fit as it was bigger than the one quoted. At that time we ordered it, The vanity did not come from ******** as we used ******** outsource supplier to provide the vanity. We have not hear from ******* since December 19th regarding the bathroom. Due to the two holidays Building With Faith Construction has also been off for the holiday's. We have the materials to go and finish the job and have it scheduled to install it which he knows about.

I contacted the company to repair a soffit on my house back in early November 2022. When on the phone with the initial consultation I was told that they would be able to repair my soffit before the weather got cold and nasty. I had to sign a contract for them to do the work which is standard. I mailed a down payment of $150 via check to the company and they cashed the check on 12/2. We have contacted the company multiple times since about our soffit repair and they keep telling us that they will get us on the schedule but never call back to confirm the schedule. We were also told that the gentleman that they were going to have do the work is in Mexico. They have already missed the window for repairing the soffit before the weather got cold and my daughters room is very cold drafty because of it. I would like them to either come fix my soffit like they said they would or return my down payment so I can get another company to fix my soffit.

    Good afternoon ********,

I'm reaching out on behalf of ****** ********* and Building With Faith Construction about a complaint that was made on our BBB page.

We did try sending one of our employees out to the property to do the work for the homeowners on a Saturday, and the homeowners ended up sending him home.

We did try to contact them about the work and we were not able to get ahold of them until after we sent the employee there and sent him home. We spoke to the homeowner and he decided to have someone else come do the work and we wrote them a refund check for what they paid.
